1. An ACCIDENT case FIR No. 31/13 is registered at Police Station Chopal on 23-07-13 U/S 279, 304A IPC on the complaint of Sh. Mukesh Kumar S/o Sh. Dault Ram R/o Vill Bhurak, Teh Chopal, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that during the intervening night of 22/23-07-13 one vehicle Beat No. HP-29A-4316 met with accident near Dofte Jungle, due to which driver Amit Kumar died on the spot. Case is being investigated by HC Gian Singh I/o PS Chopal.
2. A MURDER case FIR No. 46/13 is registered at Police Station Rohru Shimla on 23-07-13 U/S 302, 392, 34 IPC on the statement of Sh. Shamsher Singh S/o Sh. Durga Singh R/o Vill Ranaseri, PO Jagothi, Teh Rohru, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that during the intervening night of 22/23-07-13 some unknown person has stolen away 6 idols brass, two idols copper, Ganesh Idol copper, one Khankhla gold plated, one pair gold Kundal, one pair Daretu gold, two silver stick, Tilak Nilam etc. and also murder the Security Guard of the Temple named Hira Lal. Case is being investigated by SI Madan Lal Addl/SHO PS Rohru.
3. During last 24 hours 156 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act and 16 challaned under COPTA. The total amount of compounding fee of challans under MV Act and COPTA is Rs. 24,800/-.
4. An INQUEST REPORT is received at Police Station Jhakri in which one person named Radhe S/o Sh. Kelu R/o Puran Purkha Tapar, PO Patehan, Teh Palia, Distt Lakhimpur UP died due to some problem in urinary system during construction work with Sai Construction Company at Suru.
