1. An ACCIDENT case FIR No. 111/13 is registered at Police Station Dhalli Shimla on 12-07-13 U/S 279, 337 IPC & 187 MV Act on the complaint of Sh. Rohit Soni S/o Sh. Santosh R/o Chet Villa, Lower Sangti, Sanjauli, Shimla, alleging therein that on 11-07-13 when he went for washing his vehicle K-10 No. HP-01A-2460 at Deep workshop Dhalli, one vehicle Wagnar No. HP-03C-1175 hit him and ran away from the spot. This accident occurred due to rash and negligent driving by driver of Wagnar named Sohail S/o Sh. Duni Chand R/o Kainthla Bhawan, Kamlanagar. Case is being investigated by ASI Ashok Kumar I/o PS Dhalli.
2. A BURGLARY case FIR No. 83/13 is registered at Police Station Kumarsain on 13-07-13 U/S 457, 380 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Ram Krishan S/o Sh. Moti Ram R/o Vill Bargal, PO Baragawon, Teh Kumarsain, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that during the intervening night of 12/13-07-13 some unknown person has stolen away 1 gold magalsutra, 1 silver mangalsutra, 1 gold chain, 2 pair gold ear ring, gold ring, 3 gold nose pins, 1 pair payal, 3 pair bichhua and cash Rs. 30,000. Total cost of stolen property is Rs. 98,000/-(app). Case is being investigated by HC Ram Sain I/O PS Kumarsain.
3. During last 24 hours 214 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act and 02 challaned under COPTA. The total amount of compounding fee of challans under MV Act and COPTA is Rs. 30,000/-.
4. On the information received at Police Station Kotkhai on 13-07-13 that one fire incident took place at the store room of Sh. Partap Thakur S/o Sh. Mangat Ram R/o Vill Pandali. In which property about 3 lakh had been burnt, this fire incident took place due to short circuit.
