1. A TRESSPASS Case FIR No. 29/13 is registered at PS Theog on 14.7.13 U/S 452, 323, 506, 34 IPC on the application of Inderjeet Singh S/o Sh. Sita Ram R/o Village Ghyalat PO Chambi Teh. Chopal Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that on 14.7.13 at 1:30PM Pardeep Kumar ,Gulab Singh,his cousin Sanju & one unknown person entered his house & started abusing him & his family in unparliamentarily language & beaten him and also threaten The case is being investigated by ASI Ram Gopal I/O PS Chopal.
2. During last 24 hours 104 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act and 02 persons were challaned under COTPA (Cigarette & Other Tobacco Act 2005). The total amount of Compounding fee of challans under MV, & COPTA Act is Rs. 12,700.
