CRIME REPORT 14 JULY

1. An ND&PS case FIR No. 112/13 is registered at Police Station Dhalli
Shimla on 13-07-13 on the report of ASI Shiv Kumar I/C PP Sanjauli,
that on information during raid he recovered 6 bottles Rexcof, 55
capsules Spasmocip, 13 tablets Nitrosun and 3.8 gm(3 gm 80 mili gm)
chars from the illegal possession of Vineet Negi & Aniket Thakur.
2. An ASSAULT ON PUBLIC SERVANT case FIR No. 137/13 is registered at
Police Station Sadar Shimla on 14-07-13 U/S 353, 332, 34 IPC on the
complaint of Prakash Chand Sharma driver Bus No. HP-63-3121 HRTC
Shimla-II, alleging therein that on 14-07-13 at 9:20 AM when he was on
duty and driving above bus near Panchwati two persons stopped and
assault him and also obstruct him to perform his duty. Case is being
investigated by ASI Paramjeet Singh I/C PP Lakkar Bazar, Shimla.
3. A HURT case FIR No. 35/13 is registered at Police Station Jhakhri
on 14-07-13 U/S 452, 323 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Satya Dev S/o Sh.
Man Singh driver HRTC Depot Rampur, alleging therein that during the
intervening night of 13/14-07-13 three unknown persons entered in his
room and beat him. Case is being investigated by ASI Narender Singh
I/o PS Jhakri.
4. During last 24 hours 107 vehicles were challaned under Motor
Vehicle Act and 05 persons were challaned under COPTA. The total
amount of compounding fee of challaned under MV Act & COPTA is Rs.
24,000/-.
