1. A BURGLARY Case FIR No. 83/13 is registered at PS Theog on 10.07.13 U/S 457,380 IPC on the complaint of Santosh Kumari W/o Late Sh. Sant Ram R/o Chandni P.O.Deha Teh. Theog Distt. Shimla HP, alleging therein that on 9.7.13 she went to her relative house and when she came back her house on 10.7.13 she saw the lock of the door was broken and checked the rooms Rs. 50000/- Hard Cash and Ornaments( Gokhru, Kante ,Ear Ring Tops ,Rings and Payal ) Gold and Silver are Stolen. The Case is being investigated by HC Sharifudeen No 155 I/O PP Deha.
2. A SNATCHING Case FIR No. 146/2013 is registered at PS West 10.07.13 U/s 356 IPC on the statement of Smt. Urmil Thakur W/o Sh. Sant Ram Thakur R/o Lucky Cottage Near Dargah Ghora Chowki Tehsil & Distt. Shimla H.P, alleging therein that therein that at 12.45 PM she and her Grand daughter coming back from School . When they reached near down side Ghora Chowki then a boy came from back side and closed her eyes and snatched her Gold neck chain from neck and ran away upward to Dargah side. This case is being investigating by HC Liaq Ram No. 124.
3. AN ACCIDENT Case FIR No.31/13 is registered at PS Nerwa on 11.07.13 U/S 279,337,304A on the statement of Sh. Devinder Singh S/o Late Sh. Daulat Ram Vill Kradaly P.O.Pojarli alleging therein that on 11.45 AM today a vehicle Bolero Camper No. HP-08A-0587 came to Rusla. 6 persons sit in above vehicle namely Mohan Lal, Gopi Singh,Ram Lal Devinder Singh ,Bhim Singh Vill. Khradaly. One person namely Bhim Singh have died on the spot. The cause of the accident is rash driving . The driver of vehicle ran away from the spot. The case is being Investigated by HC Sant Ram PS Nerwa
4. During last 24 hours 198 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act and 09 person was challaned under COTPA (Cigarette & Other Tobacco Act 2005). The total amount of Compounding fee of challans under MV & COPTA Act is Rs. 22,800/-.
