Crime Report On October 08, 2019.

1.   ND & PS Act : Case FIR No. 93/19 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on dated 08.10.2019 U/S 21, 29 ND&PS ACT on the rukka of HC Susheel Kumar I/O PS Kumarsain, Shimla alleging therein that on 07.10.2019 at about 11.30 PM he along with staff was on traffic checking duty at Kingal Bazar, during checking 84 Gram Heroin/Chitta recovered from the possession of Prem Singh S/O Sh Mast Ram R/O Luhari Tehsil Aanni Distict Kullu and Abhishek Aanand S/O Sh Mool Raj R/O Village Kandal PO Badach Tehsil Nankhari Shimla who were in an Alto Car No. HP35 5606. The case is being investigating by HC Piyush Raj.

2.   ND & PS Act : Case FIR No. 168/19 has been registered at PS Theog on dated 08.10.2019 U/S 21 ND&PS ACT on the rukka of ASI Rajesh Kumar I/O PS Theog, Shimla alleged therein that on 07.10.2019 he along with staff was on traffic checking duty at Nangal Devi, then they checked a vehicle No. HP09 3366 Eon came from Fagu side. During search 1.5 Gram Heroin/Chitta, 2 tablet Nitrosun-10, foil paper and cash Rs. 99,140/- recovered from the possession of Dinesh Verma S/O Sh Inder Singh R/O Sirgal PO & Tehsil Theog Shimla.

3.   ND & PS Act : Case FIR No. 169/19 has been registered at PS Theog on dated 08.10.2019 U/S 20 ND&PS ACT on the rukka of ASI Brij Lal I/C PP Fagu PS Theog, Shimla alleged therein that on 07.10.2019 he along with staff was on traffic checking duty at Fagu, during traffic checking 11 Gram Charas recovered from the possession of Prikshit Chauhan S/O Sh Parkash R/O VPO Kalbog Tehsil Kotkhai Shimla sit in Pickup No. HP09A 5237.

4.   Accident : Case FIR No. 117/19 has been registered at PS Rohru on dated 07.10.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the complaint of Sonu alleging therein that he was going to Rohru in his verhicle as he reached near Kansakoti, he saw that a Bolero Camper No. HP63-4555 come from other side and rolled down from the road. In this accident three persons namely Lucky Kumar, Naresh Kumar & Ashwani Kumar sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Shyam Bihari I/O PS Rohru.  

5.   Accident : Case FIR No. 55/19 has been registered at PS Nankhari on dated 07.10.2019 U/S 279, 337, 304A IPC on the rukka of HC Lal Chand I/O PS Nankhari stated therein that a maruti car No. HP62-2082 rolled down from the road about 300 mtrs at near Gujarkotha Parmeshwari Dhank due to rash and negligent driving of driver Saurabh S/o Sh. Pradeep R/o Village Frog, PO Pujarli No. 3, Tehsil Rohru, Distt Shimla. In this accident one person namely Sarvesh died on spot and driver Saurabh sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Lal Chand I/O PS Nankhari. 

6.   During last 24 hours 15 vehicles were challaned without Seatbelt, 17 without helmet, 16 without driving License, 0 using mobile phone, 10 challaned drunken driving and  25 persons challaned under Smoking Act.

(i)                 Accused Prem Singh S/O Sh Mast Ram R/O Luhari Tehsil Aanni Distict Kullu and Abhishek Aanand S/O Sh Mool Raj R/O Village Kandal PO Badach Tehsil Nankhari Shimla arrested in case FIR No. 93/19 dated 08.10.2019 U/S 21, 29 ND&PS ACT at PS Kumarsain on 08.10.2019. The accused are being produced before Ld court.

(ii)                Accused Dinesh Verma S/O Sh Inder Singh R/O Sirgal PO & Tehsil Theog Shimla arrested in case FIR No. 168/19 dated 08.10.2019 U/S 21 ND&PS ACT at PS Theog on 08.10.2019. The accused is being produced before Ld court.

(iii)             Accused Prikshit Chauhan S/O Sh Parkash R/O VPO Kalbog Tehsil Kotkhai Shimla arrested in case FIR No. 169/19 dated 08.10.2019 U/S 20 ND&PS ACT at PS Theog on 08.10.2019. The accused is being produced before Ld court.
