Crime Report on, 12 October 2019

1.    A ND&PS Act: Case FIR No. 92/19 has been registered at PS Jhakri on 11.10.2019 U/S 18-61-85 on the rukka of HC Rakesh I/O PP Sarahan alleging therein that on 11.10.2019 he was on patrolling duty along with staff at Hawaghar and recovered 2.35 gram charas from the possession of Jagdish Hare S/o Sh Kumb Dass R/o Rangori P/o Sarahan Distt Shimla. The case is being investigated by ASI Sunil Dutt I/C PP Sarahan.

2.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 226/19 has been registered at PS West on 11.10.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh Yogesh Kumar S/o Sh Pyare Lal VPO Poola Tehsil Nichar District Kinnour HP alleging therein that on 11.10.2019 he was coming back from APG University to Shogi on his motorcycle no. HP25T-800/2019 and when he reached at Jhote ka Jhad suddenly a vehicle No. HP 01A 6778 came rashly from Shogi side and hit his motorcycle. Due to this accident he sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by  HC  Raj Kumar I/o PS West.

3.    AN ACCIDENT : Case FIR No. 227/19 has been registered at PS  West on 11.10.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh Vinod Kumar S/o late Sh Gopal Dass R/o Rajkiya Press Tuti Kandi Shimla near RTO Office Shimla alleging therein that on 11.10.2019 a vehicle No. HP 15 4000 (Maruti 800) came rashly from Shimla side and hit a pedestrian namely surender Kumar at RTO office Shimla . This accident happened due to rash and negligent driving of driver of above vehicle. The case is being investigated by HC Mahinder I/O PS West. 

4.  AN ACCIDENT : Case FIR No. 198/19 has been registered at PS Dhalli today on 12.10.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement on of Sh Rishi Sagar S/o Sh Harikrishan Sagar R/o village Rewat P/o Kuinal Tehsil Kotkhai District Shimla alleged therein that on 11.10.2019 he was going to Navbahar in vehicle No. HP 64A 6104 (Maruti Car) suddenly a vehicle No. HP 09C 3750 (Maruti Car)  came rashly from Chota Shimla side and collided with his vehicle. This accident occurred due to rash and negligent driving of Sunil Kumar S/o Sh Shiv Ram. In this accident he sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Mahinder Lal I/O PS Dhalli.  

5. During last 24 hours 22 Challaned without seat belt, 10 challan drunken driving, 20 without helmet, 17 without Driving License, 04 using mobile phone, 23 person’s challaned under Smoking Act.
