Crime Report on, 23 October 2019

1.  A ND&PS ACT:  Case FIR No 243/19 has been registered at PS West on 21.10.19 U/S 20 ND&PS Act and 39(i) Excise Act on the rukka of SI Vijay Kumar I/O PS West Shimla alleged therein that on 22.10.2019 he along with staff was on patrolling duty at Totu Bazar. On secret information they recovered 34 Gram Charas and 05 bottles of English wine from the possession of Sh Jaswant Kumar S/O Sh Devi Ram R/O VPO Jatog, Tehsil & District Shimla. The case is being investigated by Vijay Kumar I/o PS west.

2.    A ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No. 128/19 has been registered at PS Rorhu on 22.10.2019 U/S 21 ND&PS Act on the rukka of HC Amrit I/O PS Rohru alleged therein that on 22.10.2019 he along with staff was on patrolling/traffic checking duty. During checking they stopped a vehicle No.HP10B 4082 driven by Rajesh Kumar S/O Sh Lokinder Singh R/o VPO Adhal during search 2.30 gram heroin recovered from his possession.

3.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No 85/19 has been registered at PS Jubbal 22.10.2019 U/S 279,337 IPC on the rukka of ASI Sohan Lal I/C PP S/Nagar alleged therein  on 22.10.2019 a vehicle No HP 85-5001 Swift collided with HRTC Mini Bus No. HP72C-7888 at Parhat Near Hatkoti. In This accident 3 persons sustained injuries. This accident happened due to rash and negligent driving of Driver Vidya Bhushan. The case is being investigated by ASI Sohan Lal I/C PP Sarswati Nagar.

4.    AN NEGLIGENT CONDUCT WITH RESPECT TO FIRE OR COMBUSTIBLE MAT­TER: Case FIR No. 226/19 has been registered at PS Sadar on 23.10.2019 U/S 285 IPC on the statement of Sh Rajeev Sood S/o Late Sh Desh Raj Sood R/o Sood Sweet Shop victory Tunnel Shimla alleged therein that during night of 22.10.2019 some unknown person set a fire in  hardware shop (Naryan Hardware). The case is being investigated by ASI Ajeet Singh I/o PS Sadar.  

5.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 100/19 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 23.10.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh Shish Pal S/o Late Sh Lal Chand R/o VPO Kanda P/o Chekul District Shimla alleged therein that on 23.10.2019  his vehicle No. HP 52B 5427 met with an accident in which he sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by I/o PS HC Rajesh I/O PS Kumarsain.

6.    During last 24 hours 31 Challaned without seat belt, nil challan drunken driving, 10 without helmet, 20 without Driving License, 02 using mobile phone, 10 person’s challaned under Smoking Act.

1.    Accused (i) Sh Jaswant Kumar S/O Sh Devi Ram R/O VPO Jatog, Tehsil & District Shimla arrested in FIR No 243/19 at PS West on 21.10.19 U/S 20 ND&PS Act and 39(i) Excise Act  is being produced before Ld Court on today.

2.    Accused (ii) Rajesh Kumar S/O Sh Lokinder Singh R/o VPO Adhal arrested in case FIR No 128/19 U/S 21 ND&PS Act on 22.10.2019 at PS Rorhu is being produced before Ld Court on today.
