1. AN ACCIDENT : Case FIR No 116/19 has been registered at PS Rorhu on
04.10.2019 U/S 279,304A IPC & 184 MV Act on the statement of Sh. Virander
Mehta S/O Sh. Jagat Ram R/O village & P/o Sharmali & Tehsil Rohru
Distt. Shimla alleged therein on 04.10.2019 a vehicle No. HP 10B 1494 met with
an accident in which one person namely Mr. Jiya Lal died on the spot. The case
is being investigated ASI Shanti Swaroop I/o PS Rorhu.
2. During last 24 hours 28 Challaned without
seat belt, 01 challan drunken driving, 15 without helmet, 14 without
Driving License, 03 using mobile phone, 14 person’s challaned
under Smoking Act.
