1. AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No 239/19 Dt. 21.10.19 U/S 39(i)(a) Excise
Act has been registered at PS West on the ruka of HC Susheel Kumar I/O SIU, Shimla alleged therein that on 21.10.2019 he along with staff was on patrolling
duty near AG Chowk, Shimla then on secret information they recovered 08 bottles of country Liquor from the possession of Sh.
Sonu Kumar S/O Sh. Ramdiya R/O Mahmoodpur PO & PS Kotwali, Bijnaur UP A/P
Neel Kanth sher-e-Punjab Dhaba, AG chowk, Shimla. The case is being
investigated by SI Vijay Kumar I/O PS West.

During last 24 hours 35 Challaned without seat belt, 10 challan Drunken
driving, 14 without helmet, 17 without Driving License, 02 using
mobile phone, 14 person's challaned under Smoking Act.
