CRIME REPORT ON 31.10.2019

   

 

 

1.    AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No 59/19 Dt. 30.10.19 U/S 39(i)(a) Excise Act has been registered at PS Nankhari on the ruka of  ASI Chet Ram  I/O PS Nankhari, Shimla alleged therein that on 30.10.2019 he along with staff was on patrolling duty near Dealth road then on secret information they intercepted a person namely Sh Jagat Ram S/O Sh Jeet Singh R/O Village Karangla PO Dealth Tehsil Nankhari and recovered 12 bottles of country Liquor from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Chet Ram I/O PS Nankhari.

 

2.    ACCIDENT CASE: Case FIR No. 100/19 Dt. 31.10.19 U/S 279 304A IPC has been registered at PS Chopal Shimla on the statement of Sh Ram Lal S/O Sh Palas Ram R/O Village Chaiawag PO Pulbahal, Tehsil Chopal Shimla alleged therein that on 30.10.2019 his son Virender went to village  Lihat with his friend in A/F car but they did not reach there. After that they search them and saw above vehicle in deep trench at Mandah and found that both were died on spot. The case is being investigating by HC Moti Lal I/O PS Chopal.

 

3.    During last 24 hours 17 Challan without seat belt, 06 challan drunken driving, 16 without helmet, 16 without Driving License, 01 using mobile phone, 03 person's challaned under Smoking Act.
