Crime Re[port on, 17 October 2019

1.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 176/19 has been registered at PS Theog on 16.10.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh Manjeet Singh s/o Sh Labh Singh R/o village sukha Koon P/o Sehali Sub Tehsil Kotali District Mandi alleged therein that on 16.10.2019  a vehicle No. HP 26A 2565 collided with his truck No. HR 68A 0635 at Theog. This accident happened due to rash and negligent driving of Jai Chand S/o Sh Heera Chand R/o VPO Pangi Tehsil Kalpa District Kinnaur. In this accident 03 persons sustained injuries.

   

2.   AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 83/19 has been registered at PS Jubbal on 16.10.2019 U/S 39(i)(a) HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Chintamani  I/o PS Jubbal alleged  therein that  on 16.10.2019 during patrolling along with staff at Dochi he recovered 06 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Karan Pandey S/o Sh. Chander Man Pandey village Dochi Tehsil Jubbal District Shimla . The case is being investigated by ASI Chintamani I/O PS Jubbal.

3.   During last 24 hours 34 Challaned without seat belt, 12 challan drunken driving, 11 without helmet, 29 without Driving License, 02 using mobile phone, 14 person’s challaned under Smoking Act.
