Crime Report On September 08, 2019.

1.   ND & PS Act : Case FIR No. 191/19 has been registered at PS Sadar Shimla today on dated 08-09-2019 U/S 21, 29-61-85 ND&PS ACT on the rukka of HC Susheel Kumar I/O SIU Shimla stated there in that today at about 12.30 AM he along with staff was on patrolling duty towards Bus Stand and Krishna Nagar, as he reached near Raj Villa Hotel he recovered 15.09 Heroin/Chitta from the possession of (i) Prajwal Sharma S/O Sh Praveen Kumar Sharma R/O Mashokri PO Glani Tehsil Kumarsain Shimla (ii) Vikas Sharma S/O Sh Vinod Sharma R/O Shankar Bhawan Cemetery, Sanjauli (iii) Abhishek Sharma S/O Sh Manmohan Sharma R/O VPO Dharampur Madhan Theog Shimla. The case is being investigated by HC Susheel Kumar I/O SIU Shimla.

2.   Accident :  Case FIR No. 58/19 has been registered at PS Nerwa on dated 07.09.2019 U/S 279, 304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Mast Ram R/o Village Bavi, PO Ruslah, Tehsil Nerwa, Distt Shimla, HP alleged therein that a pickup No. HP63A-1761 rolled down from the road at near Bavi Bifurcation by rash and negligent driving of driver Sanjay S/o Sh. Kali Ram R/o Village Ghartori, PO Ruslah, Tehsil Nerwa, Distt Shimla, HP. In this accident driver got died. The case is being investigated by HC Ramesh Chand I/O PS Nerwa, Shimla.  

3.   Accident :  Case FIR No. 205/19 has been registered at PS West Shimla on dated 07.09.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh. Gulab Singh S/o Sh. Chet Ram R/o Village Bachari, PO Ranoul, Tehsil Chirgaon, Distt Shimla, HP stated therein that on dated 07.09.2019 at 4.00 PM he was going to Baddi & Nalagarh, as he reached at Tara Devi in his vehicle HP10B-1654, a vehicle No. HR50G-2923 come with rash and negligent driving and hit his vehicle and ran away from the spot. In this accident he sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Vijay Kumar I/O PS West, Shimla.  

4.   Accident :  Case FIR No. 206/19 has been registered at PS West Shimla today on dated 08.09.2019 U/S 279 IPC on the statement of Sh. Raghuvir Singh S/o Sh. Mohar Singh R/o Vidya Niwas, Dhalli, Tehsil & Distt Shimla, HP alleged therein that he was going to Dhalli from Bus Stand in his vehicle No. HP01A-5566, as he reached near New Bus Stand a truck No. HP64B-5840 come with rash and negligent driving from other side and hit his above vehicle. The case is being investigated by HC Manoj Kumar No. 195 I/O PS West, Shimla.  

5.   During last 24 hours 34 vehicles were challaned without Seatbelt, 11 without helmet, 16 without driving License, 0 using mobile phone, 0 challaned drunken driving and  01 persons challaned under Smoking Act.

at PS Sadar Shimla today on 08.09.2019. The accused are being produced before Ld court.
