CRIME REPORT ON 23.09.2019

1.    ND&PS Act: Case FIR No.216/19 Dt. 22.09.19 U/S 22 29-61-85 ND & PS Act has been registered at PS West Shimla on the ruka of HC Susheel Kumar I/O SIU Shimla alleged therein that on 22.09.2019 he along with staff was on patrolling duty at Shoghi then on secret information they recovered 08.51 Gram Chitta/Heroin from the possession of Sh. Chetan S/O Ram Phool Singh R/O VPO Bupaniya Distt. Jhajjar Hariyana. Case is being investigating by I/C PP Shoghi.

2.    Accident Case: Case FIR No. 93/19 Dt. 22.09.19 U/S 279 337 IPC has been registered at PS Kotkhai on the statement of Chnder Paul Vill Saran P/O Baravah Teh Rampur Distt Shimla  alleged therein that vehicle No. HP09C-5288 driven by Nikhil S/o Jaipal Vill Kufta P/O Bakhol Teh Kotkhai hit his vehicle rashly and negligent driving. Case is being investigating by ASI Hari Chand I/O PS Kotkhai.

3.    Accident Case: Case FIR No. 111/19 Dt. 23.09.19 U/S 279 337 IPC has been registered at PS East Shimla alleged therein that today at about 09.40 AM she was going to Chhota Shimla in car No.HP62C-0006. When she reached near Raj Bhawan bifurcation then a car No. HP07C-6871 driven by Rajat Bagga came rashly with negligent driving and hit her car in which she has sustained injuries.

4.    During last 24 hours 15 Challaned without seat belt, 04 challan Drunken driving, 09 without helmet, 16 without Driving Licence, 01 using mobile phone, 12 person's challaned under Smoking Act.
