1. A GAMBLING ACT: Case FIR No. 68/18 has
been registered at PS Jubbal on
03.09.2019 U/S 13-3-67 Gambling Act on the
rukka of ASI Chintamani I/O P.S Jubbal alleging therein that on 03.09.2019 he
got a secret information regarding gambling and on this information he recovered
Rs 12550/- from 08 persons at taxi union Hatkoti. The case is being investigated by ASI
Chintamani I/O PS Jubbal.
2. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR NO. 200/19 has been registered at PS West on 04.09.2019 U/S 279, 337, 304A IPC on the rukka of ASI
Roshan Lal I/C Police Post Shogi alleging therein that today on 04.09.2019 a Traula No.
PB 23T-9863 met with an accident in which driver of the traula died on the spot
and 03 persons sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by I?C PP
Shoghi.
During last 24 hours 10 Challan without seat belt, Nil challan Drunken driving,
11 without helmet, 06 without Driving Licence, 02 using
mobile phone, 16 person's challaned under Smoking Act
