1. Accident Case: Case
FIR No. 181/19 has been registered at PS
Dhalli Shimla today i.e. on 21.09.2019 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Surjeet Singh S/O Jasmer Singh r/o Vill Mithumajra PO Khedi Mandla
tehsil & District Patiala Punjab, alleged therein that on 20.09.2019 he was
coming from Khadapathar to Apple Mandi Dhalli in truck bearing No CH01TA2927 loaded
by apple boxes. When he reached near Dhalli car bearing No HP63A-3609 came from
wrong side rashly with negligent driving and collided with his truck. Three
persons in the car sustained injuries. Case is being investigating by HC Kapil
Kamta I/O PS Dhalli.
2. Accident Case: Case
FIR No. 160/19 has been registered at PS
Theog Shimla ton 20.09.2019 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Sh Rajeev
Kumar S/O Sh Faqir Chand R/O Village Dharsu PO
Chhota Kamba Tehsil & District Kinnaur alleged therein that on 20.09.2019 he
was coming from Kinnaur to IGMC Shimla for check-up his wife in Car No.
HP26A-1922 Maruti driven by his brother-in-law. At about 09.15 AM when they
reached near apple control room Fagu, then a truck LP came from wrong side rashly
with negligent driving and after hit his car ran away from the spot. Two persons
in the car sustained injuries. Case is being investigating by HC Satish.

without seat belt, 09
challan Drunken driving, 09 without helmet, 26 without
Driving Licence, 07 using mobile phone, 10 person's challaned
under Smoking Act.
