Crime Report on 16, September, 2019

1.   AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 87/19 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on the rukka of ASI Noop Ram I/o PS Kumarsain alleged therein that on 15.09.2019 during patrolling he reached the garage of Kamesh Bali R/o Kachin Ghati and recovered 660 bottles of country liquor, 192 bottles of English liquor & 06 bottles of beer inside the garage kept without permit. The case is being investigated by I/o PS Kumarsain.

2.   EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 108/19 has been registered at PS Rohru on  16.09.2019 U/S 39(i) (a) HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Bhagirath  I/C PP Tikkar alleging therein that on 15.09.2019 they were coming back to tikkar after conducting an investigation from Tilludhar along with team suddenly they saw a person carrying white colour sack on his back. When ASI Bhagirath ask him to stop he tried to run fast,On which ASI Bhagirath caught him along with team searched the sack and recovered 12 bottles of country liquor. The case is being investigated by ASI Bhagirath.

3.   AN ACCIDENT ACT: Case FIR No. 127/19 has been registered at PS Rampur on 16.09.2019 U/S 279,337 IPC on the Rukka of HC Rajesh Kumar  I/O PS Rampur  alleging therein that on 15.09.2019 a Bolero Camper No HP06C-0797 met with an accident at Kumsu Kanchi in which driver of vehicle sustained injures.  The Case is being investigating by HC Rajesh Kumar I/O PS Rampur.

4.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 211/19 has been registered at PS West today on 16.09.2019 U/S 279 IPC on the statement of Sh Krishan Chand S/o late Sh Ganga Ram R/o Nehru cottage Chakkar Shimla alleging therein that today on 16.09.2019 a vehicle No. HP 64 1986 truck met with an accident at Chakkar due to rash and negligent driving of  Ramesh R/o Arki Solan. The case is being investigated by HC Rajender Kumar I/o PS West.

5.   During last 24 hours 51 Challaned without seat belt, 01 challan drunken driving, 11 without helmet, 17 without Driving Licence, 02 using mobile phone, 19 person’s challaned under Smoking Act.
