1. AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No.162/19 U/S 39 Excise Act has been
registered at PS Theog on 23.09.2019
on the rukka of ASI Brij Lal I/C PP Fagu alleged therein that on 23.09.2019 he
along with staff was on patrolling duty then on secret information they recovered 11 bottles of country Liquor from
the possession of Aatma Ram S/O Sh Kanshi Ram R/O Village Jau PO Majhar Tehsil
Theog Shimla. The case is being investigated by ASI Brij Lal I/C PP Fagu.
2. Accident
Case: Case FIR No.129/19 Dated
24/09/19 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered at PS Rampur on the statement of
Sh. Surinder Kumar S/O Lt. Sh. Than Singh R/O VPO Bandrohar Teshil Nagrota
Bagwan Distt Kangra HP A/P Driver HPSEB Anni Distt Kullu HP alleged therein
that on 24-09-19 at about 12.40 PM when he was going towards Nogli in his Govt.
Vehicle No. HP-33-6236 Tata Truck, which was stopped Near Bhadrash Patrol Pump for
checking by HP Pollution Control Board. Suddenly vehicle No. HP06A-1566 Pick-up
came rashly and negligently from Bhadrash side and hit his above vehicle. In
this accident Pickup Driver Sandeep Kumar S/O Sh. Budh Ram R/O Vill Majhali Po
Deothi Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla sustains injuries. The case is being investigated
by ASI Purshotam Chand I/O PS Rampur.
3. During
last 24 hours 61 Challaned without seat belt, 01 challan Drunken
driving, 18 without helmet, 15 without Driving License, 22 using
mobile phone, 16 person's challaned under Smoking Act.
