Crime Report On September 05, 2019.

1.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR NO. 201/19 has been registered at PS West today  on 05.09.2019 U/S 279 IPC on the statement of Sunny Kaushal S/o Sh. Yash Pal Kaushal R/o House No. 373B, Opposite MC Corporation Kalka Tehsil Kalka, Distt Panchkula, Haryana alleging therein that on dated 04.09.2019 he was coming from Dhalli towards Chandigarh as he reached near Anandpur a Truck No. HR46E-9898 coming from other side with rash and negligently and hit his vehicle No. HR49D-6798. The case is being investigated by ASI Roshan Lal I/C PP Shoghi, PS West Shimla.  

2.   A ROITING: Case FIR NO. 87/19 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on 04.09.2019 U/S 323,147,149 IPC on the statement of Sh. Member Singh S/o Lt. Sh. Sangat Ram R/o Village Jakhi, PO Khashdhar, Tehsil Chirgaon, Distt Shimla, HP alleging therein that he was going to his DOGRI to check the apple boxes. As he reached at village Kayalu at 9.00 PM, a person namely Kishori Lal S/o Sh. Chander Lal alongwith Rikesh Kumar, Deepak Nepali and two other Nepalies come there and beaten him. In this incident he sustained injuries on left arm, left eye, face and teeth. The case is being investigated by HC Deepak Kumar I/O PS Chirgaon, Shimla.

3.   During last 24 hours 12 Challaned without seat belt, 06 challan Drunken driving, 03 without helmet, 18 without Driving Licence, 02 using mobile phone, 05 person's challaned under Smoking Act.
