Crime Report on 01 July 2019

1. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR NO. 52/19 has been registered at PS New Shimla on 01.07.2019 U/S 279, 337 & 304A IPC alleging therein that on 01.07.2019 a HRTC BUS NO. HP 63 3203 met with an accident in which 02 children, 01 driver of bus died  and  06 children sustained injuries.The case is being investigated by I/O PS New Shimla.
2. AN ACCIDENT :Case FIR No 115/19 has been registered at PS Theog on 30.06.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC & 184, 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh Jahangir Ahamad S/o Sh Abdul Raseed R/o VPO Baidar Tehsil Mandi ,District Poonch J&K A/P Akant Badi Narkanda alleging therein that on 30.06.2019 a truck No. HP 63A 1426 came rashly from Narkanda side and hit him from back side and run away from the spot. Due to this accident he sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Kuldeep I/C PP Matyana.
3. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 66/19 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on 30.06.2019 U/S 279, 337 & 304A IPC on the statement of Sh Vinod Kumar S/o Late Sh Dhan Sukh R/o village Banoti P/o Devidhar tehsil Chirgaon District Shimla alleging therein that on 30.06.2019 a vehicle No. HP 62 2853 Bolero Pick-up  met with an accident in which ane person namely Ajeet Negi died on the way to hospital and six other persons sustained injuries. The case is ebing investigated by ASI Prem Singh I/o PS Chirgaon.
4. During last 24 hours 316 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded =147, 11 persons challaned under Smoking Act, 02 Challan under mining Act.
