- AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 35/19 has been registered at PS Sunni on 10.07.2019 U/S 39 (i)
(a) HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Dilu Ram I/C PP Jalog alleging
therein that on 10.07.2019 during patrolling /traffic duty at Malgi Pul along
with staff they intercepted a truck No. HR 65A 7260 driven by Jitender Sharma
S/o Sh Pandit Amar Singh R/o Model Town House No 196 Ambala City Haryana
age 46 year and cleaner Pankaj S/o Sh Samay Singh R/o village Sadikpur
House No 157 Distt Yamunanagar Haryana and recoverd 660 Boxes of country liquor from the above vehicle.
The case is being investigated by I/C PP Jalog.
- During last 24 hours 898 vehicles were challaned
under MV Act, compounded =257, 14 persons
challaned under Smoking Act.
