Crime Report On July 22, 2019.

1.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 163/19 has been registered at PS West Shimla on 21.07.2019 U/S 279 IPC on the statement of Sh Rajeev Kumar S/o Sh. Jabbar Singh R/o Village Kyani, PO Gawas, Tehsil Chirgaon, Distt Shimla, HP alleged therein that on 21.07.2019 at about 6.00 PM he was coming from Mandi To Shimla in Innova No. HP07-0107, as he reached near Yadgar Totu, an HRTC Bus No. HP03B-6156 driven by Krishan Kumar hit his above Innova. The case is being investigated by HC Suresh Kumar I/o PS West, Shimla.

2.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No.132/19 has been registered at PS Dhalli, Shimla on 21.07.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh Karan S/o Late Sh. Chet Ram R/o Village Sargheen, PO Bheulia, Tehsil & Distt Shimla, HP alleging therein that on 21.07.2019 at about 11.15 AM he was going to Rohru from Shimla in his Vehicle No. HP63B-7773, as he reached near Hassan Valley a Tralla No. RJ09GB-6341 hit his and another vehicles due to rash and negligent driving of above tralla driver. The case is being investigated by HC Sanjay Kumar I/o PS Dhalli, Shimla.

3.   During last 24 hours 422 vehicles challaned under MV Act 125 compounded, 17 person challaned under Smoking Act.
