Crime Report on July 07, 2019

1.     ND&PS Act:  Case FIR No.122/19 Dt. 06.07.19 U/S 18, 28 ND&PS Act has been registered at PS Theog Shimla on the ruka of ASI Ashwani I/O SIU Shimla alleged therein that on 06.07.2019 he along with staff was present at Jais Ghatti. They intercepted Raju Thapa S/O Prem Bhadur R/O Prem Tailor Upper Bazar Rohru and  Satyadharti S/O Chailgil R/O Odda PO Nepalganj Nepal. During checking they recovered 2.38 KG Opium from their possession. Case is being investigating by HC Sushil I/O PS Theog.

2.     AN ACCIDENT:  Case FIR No.74/19 has been registered at PS Chopal on 06.07.2019 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh Kulbhushan S/o Sh  Ramesh Mogta R/O Khokha PO Ruslah Tehsil & PS Nerwa Shimla alleging therein that on 06.07.2019 he was on the way to home along with his family. He saw vehicle No.HP08C-1005 driven by Naresh Thakur met with an accident at Gayu Nala. The case is being investigated by ASI Virender I/o PS Chopal.

3.     AN ACCIDENT : Case FIR No.127/19 Dt. 06.07.19 U/S  279 337 IPC & 184 MV Act has been registered at PS Dhalli on the statement of Sh Mrityunjay Sharma S/O Sh OP Sharma R/O Ek Onkar Niwas Chhota Shimla alleging therein that on 04.07.2019 one motorcycle came with rash and negligent driving by Vijay Thakur, hit his car No. HP03C-6418 and sustained injury to motorcycle ryder. Case is being investigating by I/O PP Sanjauli.

4.    During last 24 hours 878 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 154 and 29 persons challaned under Smoking Act.

Follow-up

1.    Raju Thapa S/O Prem Bhadur R/O Prem Tailor Upper Bazar Rohru and  Mr. Satyadharti S/O Chailgil R/O Odda PO Nepalganj Nepal arrested in Case FIR No. 122/19 Dt. 06.07.19 U/S 18, 28 ND&PS PS Theog are being produce before the Ld.Court Shimla.
