Crime Report on 4th July 2019

1. A GRIEVOUS HURT: Case FIR No.72/19 has been registered at PS Rohru on 04.07.2019 U/S 341, 323, 324 I.P.C on the statement of Sh. Harpal Negi S/O Sh. Krishan Bhagat Negi R/O Khangta PO Tikker Tehsil Rohru Distt. Shimla alleging therein that on 03.07.2019 at about 11:20 PM he was going to home with Mr. Praveen Kumar from Tikker Bazaar, when they reached at tikker near Janartha Agro Chemical factory an unknown person came out side from the vehicle (Mahindra Pikup) and attacked on him with iron rode and ran away from there in his vehicle. In this incident he sustained injuries. The case is being investigating by HC Madan I/O PP Tikker.
2. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No.120/19 has been registered at PS Theog on 04.07.2019 U/S 279 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh Vivek Chauhan S/o Sh Nand Lal Chauhan r/o village Janol P/o Kuinal Tehsil Kotkhai District Shimla alleging therein that on 04.07.2019 he was going to Shimla in his vehicle No. HP 09A 1788. When he reached near Nangal Devi a vehicle No. HP 63A 7098 came rashly from Shimla side and hit his vehicle and run away from spot. The case is being investigating by HC Suresh Kumar I/O PS Theog.
3. AN ACCIDENT: Case  FIR No 53/19 has been registered at PS Jhakri on 03.07.2019 U/S 279 IPC on the  application  of Sh  Thakur Dass S/O Sh Bishan Dass R/o VPO Jhakhri alleging therein that on 02.07.2019 at 5.45 PM HRTC Bus Route Rampur to Bashara hit one cow near CISF Gate Jhakhri cause sustains  injuries. This Incident occurred due to rash and negligent  driving  of HRTC driver. The case is being investigating by  HC Vinod  Kumar  I/O PS Jhakri 
4. During last 24 hours 1121 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded =200, 16 persons challaned under Smoking Act.

Mr Ankit Narwal S/O Sh Krishan Narwal R/O 669/1 Vishal Nagar Opp D-2 M Hotel New Bus stand Rohtak and (ii) Harish Negi S/O Sh. Ravinder Negi R/O VPO & Tehsil Sangla Distt. Kinnaur have been arrested in case FIR No.52/19 dated 02.07.2019 U/S 18, 20 ND&PS Act at PS Jhakri send to judicial custody on today
