1. Accident
Case:
Case FIR No.112/19 has been registered at PS Theog on 29.06.19 U/S U/S 279, 337 IPC on
the statement of Sh Rohit Bundel S/O Sh. Heera Singh Bundel R/O Village Randhu
PO Dhamandari Tehsil Theog, Distt. Shimla alleged therein that on 29.06.2019 a
vehicle No. HP09C-4595 met with an accident near apple control room Fagu in
which driver of the vehicle Sumit Chandel sustained injury. Case is being
investigated by HC Satish I/O PP Fagu.
2. Gambling
Case:
Case FIR No.113/19 has been registered at PS Theog on 29.06.2019 on the ruka of
ASI Purshotam Chand I/C PP Chhaila, alleged therein that on 29.06.2019 he along
with staff were on patrolling duty at Bagain then on a secret information they caught
three persons with playing card along with Rs. 1300/- on spot. Further
investigation is going on.
3. Accident
Case:
Case FIR No.114/19 has been registered at PS Theog on 29.06.19 U/S U/S 279, 337 IPC on
the statement of Arun Kumar S/O Sh Kewal Ram R/O Khaneuri PO Jaish Tehsil Theog,
Distt. Shimla alleged therein that on 29.06.2019 he was coming from Chhaila towards
Theog in his vehicle No.HR03-4120. When he reached near Bagain at about 08.40
PM then vehicle No. HP09C-3605 and HP09C-1837 collided with each other cause's sustained
injury to all passengers. Case is being investigated by HC Kirpal Singh.
4. Accident Case: Case FIR No.121/19 has been registered
at PS Dhalli on 29.06.19 U/S U/S
279, 337 IPC on
the statement of Manoj Kumar S/O Sh Bham Prashad R/O Roop colony Lower
Panthaghatti Shimla alleged therein that on 29.06.2019 he was going towards Naldehra
in his car No.HP63B-1643, when he reached near Bhathakufar then car No. HP52A-4656
came from wrong side and hit his car. This incident happened due to rash and
negligent driving of above car driver. Case is being investigated by HC Ravinder
Singh I/O PS Dhalli.
4. During
last 24 hours 471 vehicles challaned under MV Act 217 compounded, 15
person challaned under Smoking Act and 01 challan under Mining Act.
