Crime Report on 7th June 2019

1. NEGLIGENT CONDUCT WITH RESPECT TO FIRE: Case FIR No. 119/19 has been registered at PS Sadar on 07.06.2019 U/S 285 IPC on the statement of Sh Himanshu Kumar S/o Sh Jitender Kumar R/o Set No. 4 Sunder Mahal Lakkar Bazaar Bus Stand Shimla alleging therein that on 07.06.2019 some Unknown person set fire in an old house of Mr. Rajeev Goyal. In this incident house burned totally. The case is being investigated by SI Madan Lal I/C PP Lakkar Bazar. 

2. AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No.90/19 has been registered at PS Theog on 06.06.2019 U/S 39 (i)(a) HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Purushotam Chand I/C PP Chailla alleging therein that on 06.06.2019 during patrolling he recovered 12 bottles of Country Liquor from the possession of Kanshi Ram S/o Sh Lagnu Ram P/o Chakrout P/o Shadi Tehsil Theog District Shimla. The case is being investigated by I/C PP Chailla.

3.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No 91/19 dated  07/06/2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered at PS Theog Shimla on the statement of Sh Surender Singh S/O Sh Jeet Ram R/O Rauni PO Matiana Tehsil Theog Shimla alleging therein that today at about 08.00 AM he saw that car No. HP25A-2155  rolled down in his orchards from NH, in which two persons sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by I/C PP Matiana

4. During last 24 hours 400 vehicles were challaned under MV Act,  compounded = 206 and 13 persons challaned under Smoking Act
