1. Case FIR No. 82/18 Dt. 03.05.18 U/S 302 34 IPC PS Sadar has been registered  on the statement of Sh. Akshay S/o Sh. Kiran Kumar R/o Village Raipur Sadaat PO & Tehsil Nageena Distt. Bijnaur, UP A/P working as a Sweeper in Hotel Meradeen near Petrol Pump Kaithu, Shimla, age 19 years stated therein that on 02.05.2018 evening he alongwith Vishal, Sumeet, Vineet & Kamal went to Rain Shelter behind Surya Hotel, on the call of Shiva working in Hotel Surya who was sat their alongwith Amit. Amit told them that he purchased a new Mobile and they also capture selfie alongwith them. After some time, He (Complainant) alongwith Sumit & Vineet went for Dance Classes and Kamal went to the Hotel Hill Top. Subsequently, half an hour, Vishal told him that Amit was lying unconscious on the bench in the Rain Shelter. On this inforamation, he alongwith Vishal went to the spot,. After that, Amit was brought to IGMC in an Ambulance, where doctor declared him brought dead. He has doubts that Shiva & Vishal have killed him.
2. A THEFT: Case FIR No. 111/18 has been registered at PS Shimla-West today on 03.05.2018 U/S 380 34 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Neeraj Sharma R/o Shoghi Bazar, Shimla alleging therein that on 02.05.2018 at about 07-10 PM, three ladies came to his shop at Shoghi Bazar and ran away after stolen some articals. As per analysis of CCTV cameras footage, he found that they have stolen some articales from his shop. After some time, one of them has been arrested by the police.    
3. During last 24 hours 306 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 107 fine realized Rs. 43,900/-, 25 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 2800/- and 02 Challaned under Mining Act & Fine Realized Rs. 7000/-.

FOLLOW UP

1. One lady accused, arrested in Case FIR No. 111/18 Dt. 03.05.2018 U/S 380 34 IPC at PS Shimla-West, is being produced before Ld. Court today.
