Crime Report September 12,2017

1. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 166/17 has been registered at PS Theog today on 12.09.2017 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the complaint of Smt. Anita W/o Sh. Manoj Katana R/o Village & PO Devari Khaneti, Tehsil Kotkhai, Distt. Shimla, age 36 years alleging therein that she alongwith her husband & Son was going to her village in her vehicle No. HP09A-3024. When they reached near Jais Ghati, one vehicle No. HP03B-0911, driven by Prem Singh Negi, came rashly and negligently and hit her vehicle.
2. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 165/17 has been registered at PS West on 11.09.2017 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Chunni Lal S/o Lt. Sh. Bhagirath R/o Village Badutoon PO Toon Sub-Tehsil Dhami Shimla, age 34 years stated therein that on 11.09.2017 at about 07-00 PM, one Motorcycle No. HP 62-9355 met with an accident due to rash and negligent drivivng of Amarpreet S/o Sh. Saran Dass R/o Village Dadeog, PO Toon, Tehsil Dhami, Shimla near Dhorap. In this accident Amarpreet and his wife sustained injuries
3. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 166/17 has been registered at PS West on 11.09.2017 U/S 279 337 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh. Joginder Singh S/o Sh. Badri Ram R/o Village & PO Jubali, Tehsil Chopal, Distt. Shimla, HP, age 30 years stated  therein that on 11.09.2017 at about 04-45 PM, he was going to his quarter at Chaili (Summerhill). When he reached near Advance Study Gate, at the same time vehicle of Municipal Corporation came rashly and negligently hit him and run away from the spot. In this accident he  sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Bhagat Ram I.O PS West.
4. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 167/17 has been registered at PS West on 12.09.2017 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Bhoop Singh Kaundal S/o Sh. Tulsi Ram Kaundal R/o Mayur Niwas North Oak, Sanjauli Shimla, age 67 years alleing therein that on 11.09.2017, he was coming to Shimla from Bilaspur in his vehicle No. HP03D-1671. When he reached near Vidhan Sabha, suddenly a Motorcycle No. HP14DT-TP31, came rashly from Band Box side and collide with his car. The case is being investigated by HC Sushant, I/O PS West.
5. AN ACCIDENT case FIR No. 165/17 has been registered at PS Sadar today on 12-09-2017 u/s 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Jishan Lal S/o Sh. Surat Ram R/o Vill Sherkuli PO Kaloti Tehsil Chirgaon Distt. Shimla stated therein that he has parked his vehicle No. HP 01A-5318 (Trax) near Lakkar Bazar Bus Stand and was also sleeping inside the vehicle. At about 11-30 PM one vehicle No. HP 10A-5318 came rashly and negligently and hit his vehicle and one Scooty No. HP 63-9481 and run away from the spot.

1. Accused 1) Parvej Akhtar S/o Muhmad Iqbal R/o Ward No.02 near Kotibani Koti Chalog Distt. Kathuaa J&K age 21 years, 2) Muhamad Arshad S/o Shaukat Ali R/o Ward No. 5 Vill Surjan PO & Tehsil Bani Distt. Kathua J&K age 25 years, arrested in case FIR No. 163/17 Dt. 08.09.2017 U/S 379 IPC at PS Theog, bailed out today. 
2. Accused Sourav Kumar S/o Sh. Mohan Lal R/O Vill.  Nehra  Po Bhali Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla HP age 18 years, arrested in Case FIR No. 155/17 Dated 11-09-17 U/S 363,366 IPC at PS Rampur  is being produced before Ld. Court.
