A ND&PS Act case FIR No. 03/15 is registered at PS Sadar today i.e. 05.01.2015 U/S 20,21,22-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of SI Jai Nand, I/O PS Sadar stated in that today he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty towards Jakhu area in Shimla. At about 03-30 PM, when they reached near Shishe-Wali-Kothi at Jakhu, one person namely Ashwani Kumar S/o Sh. Rishi Raj R/o Village & PO Baged, Tehsil Gumarwin, Distt. Bilaspur A/P YMCA Church Mashobra, Shimla, intercepted by them. During search, they recovered 140 tablets of restricted medicine (N-10) & 2 gram charas from his possession. Above accused has been arrested by the police and case is being investigated by SI Jai Nand, I/O PS Sadar, Shimla.
