Accused Vijay Kumar Bhatia @ Gattu S/o Late Sh. Lal Chand Bhatia R/o Lal Niwas, Chakkar, Shimla-5, age 30 years arrested in case FIR No. 19/15 Dt. 16.01.15 U/S 21,22-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS West, Shimla, is on police remand upto 19.01.2015.
