A Burglary case FIR No 149/14 has been registered at PS Rohru on 16.12.2014 U/S 457 380 IPC on the statement of Smt. Ranjana Chauhan W/o Sh. Prakash Chauhan R/o Village Bhagi, PO Gawass, Tehsil & PS Chirgaon Distt. Shimla A/P C/O Kapta Niwas Shaktinagar Rohru alleging therein that during the intervening night of 13/14.12.2014, some unknown person has stolen away her golden ornaments i.e. one Mangalsutra, one pair ear ring, one gents & two ladies finger rings, one pair sahare ear, one pair silver bangles (Kara) and cash Rs. 42000/- from the box.The case is being investigated by ASI Kundan Lal I/C PP Tikkar.
An Accident case FIR No.283/14 has been register at PS West on 17.12.2014 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Dinesh Panwar S/o Sh. Gian Chand Panwar R/o Vill Uchagaon PO Kunihar Tehsil Arki Distt. Solan alleging therein that today he was coming from Kunihar to Shimla in private Bus No. HP62-1721. When bus reached at Shayamlaghat curve near Kanda Jail, at the same time the driver of bus lost the control over bus and it rolled down 40/50 meter from the road. 40 persons have sustained injuries in this accident. The case is being investigated by ASI Mohan Lal PS West.
During last 24 hours 82 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act and 02 challan under smoking act. Total challan compounded= 38 and the fine realized Rs. 9300/-

Accused Pankaj Kumar s/o Sh. Bachan Lal r/o Vill. Malog P.O. Taradevi Shimla has been arrested in case FIR No. 278/14 Dt. 16.12.2014 U/S 22 of ND&PS PS West is on Police remand up to 19-12-2014.
