1. A Roiting Case FIR No. 47/14 has been registered at PS New Shimla today on 22.10.14 U/S 147,149, 452,382,427,323 IPC on the Complaint of Sh. Kaul Singh S/O sh. Gopal Singh R/O Village Dateyah, PO Nanj, Tehsil Karsog, Distt Mandi presently Sales Man, English Wine Shop, Khalini, Shimla-9, HP, alleging therein that on dated 21.10.2014 at 11.30 PM he alongwith his friends namely Vipin, Suresh Kumar were taking dinner in the Shop at about 11.45 PM in the same time some unknown persons knocked the shutter. They forcibly opened the Shutter and beaten him and his above friends with iron rods in which they got injured. The unknown persons broken the counter of the shop and taken away cash also. The case is being investigated by HC Inder Singh I/O PS New Shimla.
2. Assault or criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty Case FIR No. 140/14 has been registered at PS Sadar on 21.10.2014 U/S 535,332 IPC on the complaint of sh. Yash Pal Driver HRTC Bus NO. HP63-5993 Unit-2, New Shimla alleging therein that on 21.10.2014 when he was parking his above bus at old Bus Stand Shimla, a Driver of private Bus No. HP62-0797 come and started beaten him. In Which he sustained injuries on left arm. The case is being investigated by HC Bala Ram I/O PS Sadar Shimla.
3. An Accident Case FIR No. 54/14 has been registered at PS Sunni today on 22.10.14 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of sh. Ishwar Dass S/O sh. Mani Ram R/O Village Jubber, PO Durgapur, Tehsil Sunni, Distt Shimla, HP, Alleging therein that today at about 4.00 AM he saw that a vehicle bearing No. HP-31C-0931 Bolero loaded with peas, rolled down app. 200 ft from the road in which two persons got injured. The case is being investigated by ASI Prem Lal I/O PS Sunni.
4. During last 24 hours 186 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act and 11 Challan under Smoking Act. Total challan were compound= 120 and fine realize Rs. 24,000/-
