1. A Cheating case FIR No 82/14 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 10.10.2014 U/S 420 IPC on the application of Sh. Krishan Lal Bhaluni R/o Village- Dalog, PO- Narayan, Tehsil Rampur, Distt shimla HP alleging therein that he is owner of KFC (Fruit commission agent) Akant Bari Narkanda. On 11.09.2014, he received a call on his mobile No. 94181-70924, from phone No. 007832835213, who told his name Prem from Fruit commission agent Azadpur Sabzi Mandi Delhi & asked to send him one truck of apple. On this, he send 520 apple Boxes to Azadpur Sabzi Mandi Delhi. Prem sold the apples worth Rs. 6,53,749/- and send only Rs. 50,000/- to him. He cheated him and misappropriation of Rs/- 6,53,749 /-. The case is being investigation by HC Krishan, I/O PS Kumarsain.

2. An Accident case FIR No. 200/14 has been registered at PS West on 10.10.2014 U/S 279 IPC, 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh. Gupesh Thakur S/o Sh. Balwan Singh R/o Village- Gaglu, PO- Vane Di Hatti, Tehsil- Badoh, Distt. Kangra A/o C/o Sh. Prabhat Singh Chauhan, House No. 20/1 Middle Flour, Nabha House, Age-31 year alleging therein that he parked his uncle's vehicle No. HP-40B-6555 near Nabha House Shimla. On 10.10.2014 at about 08:30 PM, one vehicle No. HR-70-1876 hit the above vehicle and ran away from the spot towards Nabha colony. The case is being investigated by HC Ravinder Kumar, I/O PS West.

3. A Burglary case FIR No. 47/14 is registered at PS Nerwa on 11.10.2014 U/S 457,380 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Het Ram Pamta S/o lt. Sh. Jhinha Ram R/o Village- Navi, PO- Bharanu, Tehsil- Chopal, Shimla A/p  Jakhu Colony Nerwa alleging therein that during the intervening night of 10/11.10.2014, some unknown person has broken the door lock of his quarter and stolen golden/silver ornaments and cash Rs. 17,000/- from his room. The case is being investigated by HHC Virender , I/O PS Nerwa.  

4. During last 24 hours 296 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act and 13 Challan under Smoking Act. Total challan were compound= 193 and fine realize Rs. 36,200/-

1. Accused Pramay Vishwas S/o Sh. Privar Vishwas R/o Brasat, PO- Bangaon, Tehsil- Gaighata, West Bengal A/p Chemist Shop R/o VPO- Atahal, Tehsil- Teoni, UK has been arrested in case FIR No. 46/14 Dt. 07.10.2014 U/S 21,22-61-85 ND&PS Act PS Nerwa, today sent to judicial custody upto 20.11.2014.

2. Accused Mr. Kali Bhadur arrested in case FIR No 44/14 dated 23-09-2014 U/S 328 IPC PS Nerwa, today sent to judicial custody upto 18.11.2014.
