Crime Report 18 Oct. 2014

1. An Excise act  case FIR No 85/14 has been register at PS Kumarsain on 17-10-2014 U/S 39(1) HP Excise Act No 33 of 2011 on the rukka of Nuttan Kumar, excise and taxation Inspector Circle Kumarsain Tehsil Kumarsain Distt Shimla alleging therein that during checking, one vehicle Tata 1109 bearing No. HP-51B-0753 was coming from Narkanda got intercepted by them. During search of vehicle he recovered 349 boxes of Country liquor Marka Rasila Santra from the possession of Het Ram S/O Lt Sh. Besar Dass r/o Vill Savalli PO Sainj Tehsil and PS Sunni Distt Shimla HP, age 24 Years . The Case is being investigated by ASI Harpal Singh I/O PS Kumarsain.

2. A Burglary case FIR No. 124/14 has been registered at PS East on 17.10.2014 U/S 454,380 IPC on the complaint of Mrs Neerja Gupta W/O Sh Suresh Gupta R/O Set No 22 Type IV Rani ground Kasumpti Shimla -9  alleging therein that her daughter told her telephonically that as she reached at home from School, she saw that there was no Lock in the main door of the house.  After checking the household articles she found that one golden set, one silver watch & silver Karra was stolen by unknown person. The  case is being investigated  by HC Ramesh Kumar I/O P.P Kasumpti Shimla

3. A criminal breach of trust case  FIR No 104 /14 has been register at PS Rohru on 17-10-14 U/S 406,427, on the complaint of Sh. Veer Bhadar S/O Sh. Vijay Singh R/o Village Pekhadhar, PO Khadrala, Teh Rohru, Distt Shimla alleging therein that he had taken loan from Central Bank of India, Branch at Khadrala, to purchase the Bolero camper.  He has entrusted his bolero camper to his Brother-in-law, but now he refused to pay the balance amount of loan worth Rs. 4 lacs to concern Bank. After some time complainant has given him  88 apple boxes @ Rs. 1300/-per box and 165 apple box @ Rs. 600/- per box. Subsequently his brother-in-law also refused to handover sale document to him and even not returned his micromax mobile set cost about 8500/-. The case is being investigated by SI/Addl |SHO Laiq Ram I/O Ps Rohru.

4. A Theft case FIR No. 143/14 is registered at PS Dhalli on 18.10.2014 U/S 379 IPC on the application of Sh. Molak Ram Verma S/O Lt. Sh. Jamna Dass Verma R/O Vill Sanyana, Tehsil & Distt Shimla alleging therein that some unknown person has stolen away his Motorcycle No. HP-52A-7069 (Bajaj Discover) bearing engine No. JEZPDL09328 and Chassis No. MD2A37CA4DPL92888, parked nearby his house. The case is being investigated by ASI Ajit Singh, I/C PP Mashobra.

5. During last 24 hours 236 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act. Total challan were compound= 90 and fine realize Rs. 36,900/-

1. Accused Het Ram S/O Lt Sh. Besar Dass r/o Vill Savalli PO Sainj Tehsil and PS Sunni Distt Shimla HP, age 24 Years has been arrested in case FIR No 85/14 Dt. 17-10-2014 U/S 39(1) HP Excise Act at PS Kumarsain

2. Accused Krishan Pal S/o Sh. Fecha Ram R/o Village Rainda,  PO- Gular, Tehsil Kotkhai, District Shimla, age 23 years has been arrested in case FIR No. 57/14 Dt. 16.10.14 U/S 341 324 323 506 IPC at PS Kotkhai, is on police remand upto 20.10.2014
