1. A Accident case FIR No. 59/14 Dt. 01.10.2014 U/S 279 337 IPC PS Chirgaon on the statement of Sh. Lokinder Singh C/O Sh. Khaginder Singh R/o Village & PO- Chirgaon, alleging therein that on 01.10.2014 at about 12:00 noon a Truck No. HP-72-5567 met with an accident near Chirgaon Bridge. Two person namely Achhe and Naresh Nepali sustained injuries in this accident . The case is being investigated by HC Rukkam Chand I/O PS Chirgaon.
2. Negligent act likely to spread infection of disease dangerous to life case FIR No. 129/14 is registered at PS Sadar on 30.09.2014 U/S 269,336,418 IPC on the application of Sh. N.K. Lath, Additional Director, IGMC & Medical Education & Research Shimla alleging therein that contractor Pritam Chand who is running a vacationer Counter at IGMC is selling used syringe. On this IGMC authority Dr. Ramesh Chand MS IGMC, Dr Rahul Roy, Dr. Saad Rajvi, Dr. Ashok Shrma and Dr. Suresh Sharma inspected the vacationer counter and found that 25 used syringe were kept for sale in the above vacationer counter. The Case is being inverstigated by S.I. Sandeep Kumar I/C PP Lakkar Bazar, PS Sadar, Shimla
3. During last 24 hours 183 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act, 04 Challan under Smoking Act and 01 challan under Mining Act. Total challan were compound= 58 and fine realize Rs. 17,600/-
