Crime Report on 06 Oct 2014

1.  A Theft Case FIR No. 117/14 Dt. 05.010.14 U/S 379 IPC PS East   has been registered on the  application of Gian Bhatti S/O MR Bhatti R/O Vikasnager Teh. & Distt. Shimla alleging therein that  on dated 03.10.14 some unknown person stolen the tire of his vehicle No. HP14-4665 which was  parked near Kali Mata mandir Vikasnager []case is being investigated by HC Tenjen Chhering No 67  I/C PAR Vikasnager

2. An accident Case Fir No 151/14 U/S 279,337.427 IPC dated 06-10-2014 PS Theog has been sregistred on the statement of Sh. Mohan Singh S/o late Sh. Arshu Ram R/o Village Sainj Tehsil Theog distt. Shimla HP alleging therein that, one vehicle No HP 52 A- 5127 Alto came rashly on the road toward Pulwahal  and rolled down on his vehicle No HP-09B-0407 Belero in this accident vehicle  No HP-09B-0407 BELERO has damaged and Diver and one child got injuries. .This accident has  caused rashly and negligent driven by alto driver vehicle No    HP 52A- 5127 case is being investigated by hc Sadhu Ram No 1119 I/C PP Chhella.

3. An accident Case FIR NO 93/14 dated 5-10-2014 U/S 279,337 IPC & 187 M.V ACT PS Rohuoo  has been registered on the statement Mr. Moti Ram S/o Sh. Padam Dass R/o Kharasa Tehsil Rohroo Distt. Shimla alleging therein that on 05-10-2014 when he was coming from Kharasa to Shimla by his M/Car No HP10A-5899 and reached at Kshani Kanchi bya Tikker, suddenly a canter No HP 72-6566 came rashly upper side and hit his car and run away from the spot in this accident car rolled down on the road side 10/15 feet in to Nala. This accident was negligent driven and rashly driving by the Canter Driver. The case is being investigated by HC Man Dass No811 I/o PP Tikker.

4. An accident case  FIR No. 132/14 Dt. 06.10.14 U/S 279 337 427 IPC PS Sadar has been registered on the ruka of HC Amit Kumar No 76 alleging there in that on 05-10-2014 a vehicle No 51B-0689 Bolero Campor came to subji Mandi Shimla for sailing vegetable. The driver of Bolero Campur tired to drive his vehicle upper side towards subji Mandi from the cart road near lift even restrained by other people. In the mean time Bolero Campur rolled down on the cart road ,In this accident  one vehicle No 63-1468 Neno and HP -07-7100 Scooty No HP 63- 1468 are also damaged  and sitting person with driver got injured .This accident causing negligent &rashly driven by Jagdish kumar .Case is being investigated by HC Amit Kumar No 76 I/O PS Sadar

5.  A house trespass case FIR No 119/14 dated 06-10-2014 U/S 447,448,323,506,,34IPC PS East has been registered on the application of Sh. Rajan Kuthiyala C/o Manat Ram Charitable Turst Brynston Estate Below KNH Shimla alleging therein that he is the owner of building known as Thandi Koti near KNH Shimla to day he came to look after the above building and saw that Sanjay Kumar ,his wife and other 2, other persons illegally braking dis sdfhouse and doing new construction work .When he asked him about this construction ,all above person start beaten him and threaten him to do away with is life. Case is investigated by LHC Kamlash No 165 I/o PS Esat Shimla   

    

6. During last 24 hours 161 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act.Total challan were compound= 82 and fine realize Rs. 31700/-

1. Accused Mr Ramesh Chaudhary S/O Inder Sain Choudhary R/o Village & PO- Sarvamasjdwa Tehsil Narkatiyaganj PS Sunvarsa Distt West Champaran Bihar at Present chuhabag Rampur has been arrested in case FIR No 123/14 Dated 05-10-14 U/S 364,302 IPC Rampur has been police remanded up to 13-10-2014

2. Accused Mr. Kali Bhadur has been remanded in police custody up to 13-10-2014 in case FIR No 44/14 dated 23-09-2014 U/S 328 IPC PS Nerwa .
