CRIME REPORT 17 OCTOBER

1.   A Criminal Breach of Trust  Case FIR No. 96/13 is registered at PS East, Shimla on 17-10-13 U/S 406,506,323,34 IPC on report of Sh. Jugdish  Dhiman R/o Daya Ram building near Laxmi Narayan Mandir Kaumpti, alleging therein that on 15-10-13 Madan Sharma and Trilok Sharma R/o Malyana removed his shuttering plate without his consent from the house of Sh.Sushil Chauhan. When he asked about the shuttering, Madan Sharma and Trilok Sharma started to beating  him and also threatened with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by HC Harish Garg, I/O PS East.                               

2.   During last 24 hours 267 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act, 05 persons were challaned under Smoking Act. & 01 challaned under Mining Act. The total amount of Compounding fee of challans is Rs. 32,800
