1. An EXCISE case FIR No. 83/13 is registered at Police Station Rampur on 18-05-13 on the report of ASI Karam Chand PS Rampur that on the information of one person he recovered 12 bottles of illicit liquor from the illegal possession of Satya Dev S/o Sh. Devku Ram R/o VPO Sholi, Nankhari, Teh Rampur, Distt Shimla.
2. An ACCIDENT case FIR No. 105/13 is registered at Police Station Sadar Shimla on 18-05-13 U/S 279, 337 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh. Inder Singh S/o Sh. Ram Lal R/o Bhiwani, Hariyana, alleging therein that at 8:30 PM when he was purchasing some house hold items. One vehicle No. HP-62A-1144 came overlap his foot and ran away from the spot. Case is being investigated by HC Anil Kumar I/o PS Sadar.
3. A CRIMINAL TRESPASS case FIR No. 56/13 is registered at Police Station Theog on 18-05-13 U/S 447, 506 IPC & 33 IF Act has on the complaint of Praveen Sharma Range Forest Officer Theog, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that one Bajeeru Devi W/o Sh. Sant Ram made illegal Dhara in forest land in Devrighat Forest Beat Shillu. When forest employee rushes the spot, she threatened them with dire consequences. Case is being investigated by ASI Sanjeev Kumar I/o PS Theog, Shimla.
4. A WRONGFUL RESTRAINT case FIR No. 54/13 is registered at Police Station Kumarsain on 19-05-13 U/S 341, 323 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Vikas Verma S/o Sh. Ramesh Chand R/o Vill Bagail, PO & Teh Kumarsain, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that on 18-05-13 when he was going to Narkanda one person named Atul Bhardwaj beat him. Case is being investigated by HC Ram Sain I/o PS Kumarsain.
5. A WRONGFUL RESTRAINT case FIR No. 55/13 is registered at Police Station Kumarsain on 19-05-13 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC on the complaint of Smt. Sudesh Sharma W/o Sh. Yash Pal Sharma R/o Vill Barogi, Teh Kumarsain, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that on 18-05-13 at 5:45 PM when her son named Atul Sharma came back to home near Barogi Kanchhi persons namely Dr. Vikrant and his brother Vikas Verma beat her son. Due to which Atul sustained injury. Case is being investigated by ASI Dev Raj I/o PS Kumarsain.
6. A WRONGFUL RESTRAINT case FIR No. 84/13 is registered at Police Station Rampur on 19-05-13 U/S 341, 323, 147, 504 IPC on the complaint of Krishan Chand Verma S/o Late Sh. Ram Singh R/o Vill Dhibri, PO Deothi, Teh Rampur, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that on 18-05-13 at 5:30 PM during the inauguration of Dewta Sahib Nagela temple at village Keem, near the house of Yog Raj persons Yog Raj, his brother Des Raj, Binu and two other persons wrongfully restrained and beat him. Case is being investigated by ASI Bhagat Ram I/o PS Rampur.
7. A HURT case FIR No. 85/13 is registered at Police Station Rampur on 19-05-13 U/S 147, 149, 323 IPC on the complaint of Yog Raj @ Raju S/o Sh. Sukh Sagar R/o Vill Keem, PO Kareri, Teh Rampur, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that on 18-05-13 at 5:30 PM during the inauguration of Dewta Sahib Nagela temple at Village Keem near his house when he shooting with camera persons namely Krishan Singh R/o Vill Dhibri, Mohinder R/o VPO Sheel, & 3/4 other persons beat him. Case is being investigated by HC Mohan Joshi I/o PP Teklech.
8. During last 24 hours 112 vehicles were challaned under Motor Vehicle Act for the violation of Traffic rules and 07 persons were challaned under COPTA (Cigarette & Other Tobacco Act 2005) The total amount of compounding fee of challaned under MV Act & COPTA is Rs. 26,000/-.
