Crime Report on April 22, 2019

1. AN ACCIDENT: case FIR No. 67/19 has been registered at PS Theog on 22.04.2019 U/S 279, 337,201 IPC on the statement of Sh Hemraj S/o sh Bhikam Ramar R/o village Jarod P/o Jarod Tehsil Thunag Distt Mandi alleging therein that on 22.04.2019 he was going to Rorhu in a vehicle No. HP 68 3723(Pickup) driven by Ankur Kapoor.When he reached Bagdu Nala suddenly driver of above vehicle collided his vehicle with an alto car.After collision with alto car he kept his vehicle there and run away from the spot. The case is being investigated by HC Sunil I/O PS Theog.
2. AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 31/19 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 21.04.2019 U/S 39(i)(a) of HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Puran Chand I/C PP Baagi alleging therein that on 21.04.2019 he recovered 12 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Veer Bahadur C/o Kehar Singh village Nihari Tehsil Kotkahi District Shimla. The Case is being investigated by ASI Puran Singh I/C PP Baagi.
3. During last 24 hours vehicles 389 were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 221, 11 persons challaned under Smoking Act.
