Crime Report on 29th April 2019

1. AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 99/19 has been registered at PS West on 28.04.2019 U/S 39 (i) (a) HP Excise Act PS on the rukka of ASI Amrender Singh I/O PS West alleging therein that on 28.04.2019 during patrolling duty at Band Box Shimla he recovered 12 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Sh Janak Bhadur Thapa S/o Sh Daya Ram A/P C/o Pinky Babu House No.3412 Anaj Mandi Ganj Bazar Shimla-1. The case is being investigated by ASI Amrender Singh I/O PS West.
2. AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 26/19 has been registered at PS Nerwa on 28.04.2019 U/S 39 (i) (a) Hp Excise Act on the Rukka of SI Pardeep Singh SHO PS Nerwa alleging therein that on 28.04.2019 during patrolling at Labrog he recovered 04 liters of illcit liquor from the possession of Amar Singh S/O Sh Anant Ram Vill Labrog PO Tharoch PS Nerwa Distt Shimla. The case is being investigated by SI/SHO Pardeep Singh PS Nerwa.
3. AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR NO. 27/19 has been registered at PS Nerwa on 28.04.2019 U/S 39 (i) (a) HP Excise Act on the rukka of SI Pardeep Singh SHO PS Nerwa alleging therein that on 28.04.2019 during patrolling he recovered 480 Bottles+120 Half of Country & 48 Bottles+48 half+432 nips of English liquor from the possession of Shahrukh Khan S/O Sh Mohad Islam Vill Anwarpur The & PS Behat Distt Saharanpur UP age 19 years and Dinesh Chauhan S/O Sh Mohi Ram Vill Minda PO Bharanu PS Nerwa District. Shimla HP from Heena Beauty Parlor Bazar Nerwa . The case is being investigated by SI/SHO Pardeep Singh PS Nerwa.
4. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR NO 24/19 has been registered at PS Kupvi on 28.04.2019 u/s 279, 337, 304A IPC on the statement of Rohit S/O Sh layak Ram  R/O Kandla P/o Kedi  Teh. Nerwa District. Shimla alleging therein that on 28.04.2019 a Mahindra Bolero camper No. HP 08A 0869 met with an accident in which two persons died on the spot. The case is being investigating by ASI Subhash Chand I/o PS Kupvi.
5. During last 24 hours vehicles 277 were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 169, 41 persons challaned under Smoking Act.

1.   Accused Prem Roka S/o Sh. Nar Bahadur R/o Village Bajo, PO Mahog, Tehsil Theog, District Shimla, arrested in Case FIR No. 71/19 at PS Theog on 27.04.2019 U/S 20 ND&PS Act PS Theog is on police custody up to 01.01.209.
