- AN EXCISE ACT : Case FIR No. 65/19 has been registered at PS Theog on dated 19.04.19 U/S 39(1)(a) HP Excise Act on the Rukka of ASI Purshotam Chand I/C PP Chhaila stated therein that on dated 19.04.19 he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty. At about 4.30 PM, when he reached near Tikkar Kainchi he recovered 12 Bottles of country liquor from the possession of Rajesh Verma S/o Sh. Duni Chand R/o Village Khashdhar, PO Kaleend, Tehsil Theog, Distt Shimla. The case is being investigated by ASI Purshotam Chand I/C PP Chhaila, PS Theog.
- During last 24 hours 352 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compouded = 155, 25 persons challaned under Smoking Act and 01 Challaned under Mining Act & fine realized Rs. 4,500/-.
