- AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR 29/19 has been
registered at PS Jubbal on
16.04.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the
statement of Ashwani Dhanta S/o Sh Late Sh Jaswant Singh Dhanta R/o
village Chamaru P/o Praunthi Tehsil Jubbal District Shimla alleging
therein that on 16.04.2019 a vehicle No. HP 10B 2775 met with an accident
in which two persons sustaind injuries. The case is being investigated by
HC Ashwani Kumar I/O PS Jubbal.
- A DEFAMATION: Case FIR No.88/19 Has been registered at PS Sadar on 16.04.2019 U/S 500,506
IPC on the statement of Sh Sanjeev Sood General Secretory BJP Madal Shimla
alleging terein that on 16.04.2019 a person namely Vinay Sharma A/P Practicing
as an advocate at Honorable High Court Shimla has issued a threatening and
criminal consipiracy against Mr Satpal Satti State BJP President through
his facebook Post. The case is being investigated by I/o PS Sadar.
- During last 24 hours vehicles 404 were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 194, 20 persons
challaned under Smoking Act
& 01 person challaned under mining Act
