Crime Report on 27th April 2019

1.       A ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No 67/19 has been registered at PS Rampur on 27.04.2019 U/S 20,21 of ND & PS Act on the rukka of SI Karam Chand I/O PS Rampur alleging therein that during patrolling at around  11.00 AM at Duttnagar he received secret information regarding selling of Charas . On this information he made raid in the Quarter of Mr Prince S/O Sh. Ashok Kumar Village Ghalera P/o Tikker Tehsil Bamsan Toni Devi Distt. Harimpur HP A/P c/o Pawan Kumar VPO Dutt Nagar Tehsil Rampur and recovered 6 grms Charas & 01 gram Chitta/Heroin from his possession. The case is being investigated by HC Jaswant  Gupta I/O PS Rampur.

2.       A FOULING WATER OF PUBLIC SPRING OR RESERVOIR: Case FIR No. 43/19 has been registered at PS Chopal on 24.04.2019 U/S 277 IPC on the complaint of Sh Pradeep Verma S/o Sh Gopal Singh R/o Jodan P/o Pulbahal Tehsil Chopal District Shimla, alleging therein that on 26.04.2019 on some unknown person mixed poison in water reservoir at his house. The case is being investigated by ASI Virender I/O PS Chopal.

3.       A RIOTING: Case FIR No. 72/19 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 26.04.2019 U/S 451, 323, 147, 148 & 149 IPC on the complaint of Sh Piyush Verma S/o Sh Bhagat Singh R/o I.S Chandel Niwas near Joshi Niwas Sanjauli Shimla-6 alleging therein that on 26.04.2019 some boys namely Vikrant, Aman Sushant, Abu and Hemraj gathered at his shop and beaten his neighbor Sajid bruatally. The case is being investigated I/o PP Sanjauli.

4.       During last 24 hours vehicles 520 were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 239, 20 persons challaned under Smoking Act.

1.   Accused (i) Rahul Thakur S/o Sh. Naresh Kumar R/o Village & PO Urtu, Tehsil Nirmand, District Kullu, Age 19 years & (ii) Maihul Sharma S/o Sh. Dinesh Sharma R/o Village & PO Sarahan Tejhsil Rampur, District Shimla, age 20 years arrested in case FIR No. 71/19 at PS Dhalli on 25.04.2019 U/S 21 29 ND&PS Act PS Dhalli are on Police remand up to 29.04.2019.

2.   Accused Prince S/O Sh. Ashok Kumar Village Ghalera P/o Tikker Tehsil Bamsan Toni Devi Distt. Harimpur HP A/P c/o Pawan Kumar VPO Dutt Nagar Tehsil Rampur arrested in case FIR No.67/19 on 27.04.2019 U/S 20,21 of ND & PS Act at Rampur is being produced before Ld court today.
