Crime Report on 25th April 2019

1. AN ARMS ACT: Case FIR No. 47/19 has been registered at PS Rohru on 25.04.2019 U/S 25-54-59 Arms Act on the rukka of ASI Bhagirath Sharma I/C PP Tikker alleging therein that on 24.04.2019 he was along with staff on Nakabandi and patrolling duty At about 11:00 PM at Tangri Nala (tikker) a person namely Tushar Chauhan S/O Purshotam Chauhan R/O Khangta PO. Tikker Teh. Rohru Distt. Shimla age 28 years intercepted by them and recovered Desi Katta (FIRE ARM) without License/permit from his possession. The Case is being investigated by ASI Bhagirath Sharma I/C PP Tikker.
2. AN ACCIDENT : Case FIR No. 31/19 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 24.04.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh Mukesh Verma S/o Late Sh Meena Ram Verma R/o village Dhari P/o Bada Gaon Tehsil Kumarsain District Shimla alleging therein that on 24.04.2019 his vehicle No. HP 06A 1674 Alto met with an accident in which Lal Chand along with above vehicle felt down in river Sutlej. After accident people searched vehicle and lal Chand in river but they did not find him. The case is being investigated by HC Bhupender I/o PS Kumarsain.
3. ASSAULT OR CRIMINAL FORCE TO DETER PUBLIC SERVANT FROM DISCHARGE OF HIS DUTY: Case FIR No. 91/19 has been registered at PS Sadar on 24.04.2019 U/S 353, 332, IPC on the complaint of Sh Sahil Aggarwal  A/P working as a Doctor at IGMC Shimla alleging therein that on 24.04.2019 his colleague Mr. Vivek Chauhan beaten him bruatelly while he was performimg his duty at IGMC Shimla..The case is being investigated by I/C PP Lakkar Bazaar.  

4.   During last 24 hours vehicles 412 were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 177, 15 persons challaned under Smoking Act.
