1. AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 77/19 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 29.04.2019 U/S 39(i)(a) HP Excise Act on the rukka of HC Narinder I/O SIU Unit Shimla alleging there in that on 29.04.2019 he recovered 43 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Bal Krishan Verma S/o Leeladas Verma R/o village Meri PO Gumma Tehsil and District Shimla.The case is being investigated by  ASI Inder Singh I/C PP Mashobra.
2. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No.68/19 has been registered at PS Rampur on 29.04.2019 U/S 279, 337, 304A IPC & 187 MV Act on the rukka of HC Rajesh I/O PS Rampur alleging therein that on 29.04.2019 a motorcycle No. HP 06B 8065 met with an accident in which one person namely Yashpal S/o Sh Mast Ram R/o Kharga Tehsil Nirmand district Kullu died on the spot and one person namely Ramesh Kaith sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Rajesh I/O PS Rampur.
3. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 73/19 has been registered at PS Theog on 29.04.2019 U/S 279,337 IPC on the rukka of HC Sunil Kumar I/O PS Theog alleging therein that on 29.04.2019 a vehicle No. HP 09C 6378 met with an accident in which one person namely Mahinder Singh S/o Sh Surat Ram R/o village Kundali P/o Theog Tehsil Theog District Shimla sustained injuries . The case is being investigated by HC Sunil Kumar I/O PS Theog.

1. AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 99/19 has been registered at PS West on 28.04.2019 U/S 39 (i) (a) HP Excise Act PS on the rukka of ASI Amrender Singh I/O PS West alleging therein that on 28.04.2019 during patrolling duty at Band Box Shimla he recovered 12 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Sh Janak Bhadur Thapa S/o Sh Daya Ram A/P C/o Pinky Babu House No.3412 Anaj Mandi Ganj Bazar Shimla-1. The case is being investigated by ASI Amrender Singh I/O PS West.
2. AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 26/19 has been registered at PS Nerwa on 28.04.2019 U/S 39 (i) (a) Hp Excise Act on the Rukka of SI Pardeep Singh SHO PS Nerwa alleging therein that on 28.04.2019 during patrolling at Labrog he recovered 04 liters of illcit liquor from the possession of Amar Singh S/O Sh Anant Ram Vill Labrog PO Tharoch PS Nerwa Distt Shimla. The case is being investigated by SI/SHO Pardeep Singh PS Nerwa.

AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR NO. 27/19 has been registered at PS Nerwa on 28.04.2019 U/S 39 (i) (a) HP Excise Act on the rukka of SI Pardeep Singh SHO PS Nerwa alleging therein that on 28.04.2019 during patrolling he recovered 480 Bottles+120 Half of Country & 48 Bottles+48 half+432 nips of English liquor from the possession of Shahrukh Khan S/O Sh Mohad Islam Vill Anwarpur The & PS Behat Distt Saharanpur UP age 19 years and Dinesh Chauhan S/O Sh Mohi Ram Vill Minda PO Bharanu PS Nerwa District. Shimla HP from Heena Beauty Parlor Bazar Nerwa . The case is being investigated by SI/SHO Pardeep Singh PS Nerwa.
4. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR NO 24/19 has been registered at PS Kupvi on 28.04.2019 u/s 279, 337, 304A IPC on the statement of Rohit S/O Sh layak Ram  R/O Kandla P/o Kedi  Teh. Nerwa District. Shimla alleging therein that on 28.04.2019 a Mahindra Bolero camper No. HP 08A 0869 met with an accident in which two persons died on the spot. The case is being investigating by ASI Subhash Chand I/o PS Kupvi.

Crime Report on 28th April 2019

1.    A ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No. 71/19 has been registered at PS Theog on 27.04.2019 U/S 20 ND&PS Act PS Theog on the ruka of SI Surjeet Singh, I/O PS Theog Shimla alleging therein that on 27.04.2019 at about 04-05 PM, when he alongwith staff was present on National Highway near Narail, at the same time, person namely Prem Roka S/o Sh. Nar Bahadur R/o Village Bajo, PO Mahog, Tehsil Theog, District Shimla, who was coming from Matiana side, intercepted by them and during the search 1.500 Kg. Charas recovered from his possession. Accused has been arrested by the Police and further investigation of this case is being conducted by HC Suresh Kumar I/O PS Theog.

2.    An ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 97/19 has been registered at PS West on 28.042019 U/S 279,304 IPC on the statement of Sh Navneet S/o Sh Anoop Kumar R/o Assam House Bioleauganj Shimla alleging therein that on 28.04.2019 a pick up No. HP 62C -0241 came rashly from Shimla side and hit his firend’s scooty No.HP 63A 3393 in which his friend Jasvinder died on the spot. This accident occurred due to rash and negligent driving of Dinesh Negi S/o Sh Gyan Singh Negi R/o Rukhla P/o Ravlakyar Tehsil Kothkahi District Shimla. The case is being investigated by SI Jaspal Singh I/O PS West.

1.       A ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No 67/19 has been registered at PS Rampur on 27.04.2019 U/S 20,21 of ND & PS Act on the rukka of SI Karam Chand I/O PS Rampur alleging therein that during patrolling at around  11.00 AM at Duttnagar he received secret information regarding selling of Charas . On this information he made raid in the Quarter of Mr Prince S/O Sh. Ashok Kumar Village Ghalera P/o Tikker Tehsil Bamsan Toni Devi Distt. Harimpur HP A/P c/o Pawan Kumar VPO Dutt Nagar Tehsil Rampur and recovered 6 grms Charas & 01 gram Chitta/Heroin from his possession. The case is being investigated by HC Jaswant  Gupta I/O PS Rampur.

2.       A FOULING WATER OF PUBLIC SPRING OR RESERVOIR: Case FIR No. 43/19 has been registered at PS Chopal on 24.04.2019 U/S 277 IPC on the complaint of Sh Pradeep Verma S/o Sh Gopal Singh R/o Jodan P/o Pulbahal Tehsil Chopal District Shimla, alleging therein that on 26.04.2019 on some unknown person mixed poison in water reservoir at his house. The case is being investigated by ASI Virender I/O PS Chopal.

3.       A RIOTING: Case FIR No. 72/19 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 26.04.2019 U/S 451, 323, 147, 148 & 149 IPC on the complaint of Sh Piyush Verma S/o Sh Bhagat Singh R/o I.S Chandel Niwas near Joshi Niwas Sanjauli Shimla-6 alleging therein that on 26.04.2019 some boys namely Vikrant, Aman Sushant, Abu and Hemraj gathered at his shop and beaten his neighbor Sajid bruatally. The case is being investigated I/o PP Sanjauli.

1.   A ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No. 71/19 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 25.04.2019 U/S 21 29 ND&PS Act on the rukka of L/ASI Ranjna I/O PP Sanjauli, Shimla alleging therein that on 25.04.2019 at about 06-40 PM, during patrolling alonwith staff, two persons namely Rahul Thakur S/o Sh. Naresh Kumar R/o Village & PO Urtu, Tehsil Nirmand, District Kullu, Age 19 years & Maihul Sharma S/o Sh. Dinesh Sharma R/o Village & PO Sarahan Tehsil Rampur, District Shimla, age 20 years, intercepted by them near Anchal Apartment on Forest Road leading towards IGMC Shimla and during the search, 6.13 Gram Chitta (Heroin) recovered from their possession. The case is being investigated by HC Chaman Lal, I/O PS Dhalli.  

2.   A RIOTING: Case FIR NO. 70/19 has been registered at PS East on 25.04.2019 U/S 323,451,147 & 149 IPC on the statement of Sh Shasahank Ranjan S/o Sh Shyam Sunder Prasad R/o village Lalu Path Mohalla Ram Krishna Nagar Tehsil Kewad Bag District Patna (Bihar) A/P Student of APG University Shimla alleging therein that on 25.04.2019 Mr Jevik Chauhan alongwith his friends beaten him brutally in the campus of APG University. The Case is being investigated by HC Pramod Kumar I/o PP Kasumpti.

3.   AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 70/19 has been registered at PS Theog on 25.04.2019 U/S 39(i)(a) HP Excise Act on the Rukka of ASI Chet Ram I/C PP Deha alleging therein that on 25.04.2019 during patrolling in the jurisdiction of PP Deha and recovered 543 bottles of Country Liquor from the possession of Mohan Lal S/o Sh Ram Dass R/o village Tarapur P/o Deha Tehsil Theog District Shimla. The case is being investigated by I/C PP Deha.

Crime Report on 25th April 2019

1. AN ARMS ACT: Case FIR No. 47/19 has been registered at PS Rohru on 25.04.2019 U/S 25-54-59 Arms Act on the rukka of ASI Bhagirath Sharma I/C PP Tikker alleging therein that on 24.04.2019 he was along with staff on Nakabandi and patrolling duty At about 11:00 PM at Tangri Nala (tikker) a person namely Tushar Chauhan S/O Purshotam Chauhan R/O Khangta PO. Tikker Teh. Rohru Distt. Shimla age 28 years intercepted by them and recovered Desi Katta (FIRE ARM) without License/permit from his possession. The Case is being investigated by ASI Bhagirath Sharma I/C PP Tikker.

AN ACCIDENT : Case FIR No. 31/19 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 24.04.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh Mukesh Verma S/o Late Sh Meena Ram Verma R/o village Dhari P/o Bada Gaon Tehsil Kumarsain District Shimla alleging therein that on 24.04.2019 his vehicle No. HP 06A 1674 Alto met with an accident in which Lal Chand along with above vehicle felt down in river Sutlej. After accident people searched vehicle and lal Chand in river but they did not find him. The case is being investigated by HC Bhupender I/o PS Kumarsain.

ASSAULT OR CRIMINAL FORCE TO DETER PUBLIC SERVANT FROM DISCHARGE OF HIS DUTY: Case FIR No. 91/19 has been registered at PS Sadar on 24.04.2019 U/S 353, 332, IPC on the complaint of Sh Sahil Aggarwal  A/P working as a Doctor at IGMC Shimla alleging therein that on 24.04.2019 his colleague Mr. Vivek Chauhan beaten him bruatelly while he was performimg his duty at IGMC Shimla..The case is being investigated by I/C PP Lakkar Bazaar.

1. AN ACCIDENT: case FIR No. 67/19 has been registered at PS Theog on 22.04.2019 U/S 279, 337,201 IPC on the statement of Sh Hemraj S/o sh Bhikam Ramar R/o village Jarod P/o Jarod Tehsil Thunag Distt Mandi alleging therein that on 22.04.2019 he was going to Rorhu in a vehicle No. HP 68 3723(Pickup) driven by Ankur Kapoor.When he reached Bagdu Nala suddenly driver of above vehicle collided his vehicle with an alto car.After collision with alto car he kept his vehicle there and run away from the spot. The case is being investigated by HC Sunil I/O PS Theog.

AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 31/19 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 21.04.2019 U/S 39(i)(a) of HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Puran Chand I/C PP Baagi alleging therein that on 21.04.2019 he recovered 12 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Veer Bahadur C/o Kehar Singh village Nihari Tehsil Kotkahi District Shimla. The Case is being investigated by ASI Puran Singh I/C PP Baagi.

Crime Report on April 20, 2019

1.     AN EXCISE ACT : Case FIR No. 65/19 has been registered at PS Theog on dated 19.04.19 U/S 39(1)(a) HP Excise Act on the Rukka of ASI Purshotam Chand I/C PP Chhaila stated therein that on dated 19.04.19  he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty. At about 4.30 PM, when he reached near Tikkar Kainchi he recovered 12 Bottles of country liquor from the possession of Rajesh Verma S/o Sh. Duni Chand R/o Village Khashdhar, PO Kaleend, Tehsil Theog, Distt Shimla. The case is being investigated by ASI Purshotam Chand I/C PP Chhaila, PS Theog.
2.   During last 24 hours 352 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compouded = 155, 25 persons challaned under Smoking Act and 01 Challaned under Mining Act & fine realized Rs. 4,500/-. 

Crime Report on April 19, 2019

1. AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 90/19 has been registered at PS Sadar, Shimla on 19.04.2019 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Inder Lal, I/O PS Sadar, Shimla alleging therein that on the intervening night of 18/19.04.2019 at about 01-50 AM, during patrolling alongwith staff, one person namely Ramesh Chand S/o Sh. Lachhi Ram Chandel R/o Village Kadrab, PO Cheog, Tehsil & PS Theog, District Shimla, age 41 years apprehended by them on the way to Ganj Bazar from Cart Road and recovered 24 Bottles of Country liquor marka Una No.-1 from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Inder Lal, I/O PS Sadar, Shimla. 
2. AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 30/19 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 19.04.2019 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of Insp. Phool Singh, SHO PS Kumarsain, Shimla alleging therein that on 18.04.2019 at about 10-00 PM, during patrolling/traffic checking on National Highway No.-5 at Bharada, a vehicle No. HP18A-1084 stopped by them for checking and during the search, 05 Boxes (60 Bottles) of Country liquor recovered from above vehicle under the possession of Vikrant S/o Sh. Ramesh Chand R/o Village Paikvadhar, PO Tevan, Tehsil Karsog, District Mandi. The case is being investigated by  Insp. Phool Singh, SHO PS Kumarsain.
3. STATEMENTS CONDUCING OT PUBLIC MISCHIEF:  Case FIR No. 44/19 has been registered at PS East Shimla on 19.04.2019 U/S 336, 350, 500, 505, 511 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Praveen Kumar Sharma S/o Sh. Murari Lal Sharma, State Media Incharge, Bhartiya Janta Party, Himachal Pradesh, Deep Kamal Bhawan, Chakkar, Shimla-5 has submitted a complaint and alleged that on 17.04.2019 at 09-00 AM, he was invited by News 18 TV Channel for debate. Sh. Vinay Sharma- Advocate, Dharamshala District Kangra, Ex. Dy. Advocate General, HP Govt. was also present there to represent the Congress Party. During debate, Sh. Vinay Sharma given a controversial statement and allurement of Rs. 20 lacs to public at large to physically harm to Sh. Satpal Singh Satti- State President of BJP/HP.  The case is being investigated by ASI Jaswant, I/O PS East, Shimla.   
4. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 45/19 has been registered at PS East Shimla on 19.04.2019 U/S 279 337 323 34 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh. Prajjwal S/o Lt. Sh. Kunj Bihar R/ Village Dawarch, PO Shahdhar, Tehsil Rampur, Shimla A/P Sharda Niwas, near Harihar Mandir, Vikasnagar, Shimla alleging therein that on 18.04.2019 at about 09-45 PM, when he was crossing the road near Reliance office at Vikasnagar, at the same time one Alto K-10 car No. HP63C-…76 came rashly with negligent driving from Panthaghati side and hit him, caused sustained injuries on his left leg.  Three persons came out from above car and started to scuffle with him and pushed him down the road. After that they all run away from the spot. The case is being investigated by HC Rameshwar, I/O PAR Vikas Nagar, Shimla.
5. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 98/19 has been registered at PS West Shimla on 18.04.2019  U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Pradeep Verma S/o Sh. Krishan Lal Verma R/o Shankar Niwas,  near Police Post Vikasnagar, Shimla alleging therein that on 18.04.2019, his son Mohit alongwith his friends namely Gulshan, Shubham & Nikhil were coming back to Shimla from Shoghi in Maruti Car No. HP52B-3819, driven by Nikhil S/o Sh. Bhagat Ram R/o Sood Niwas, Police Colony Kasumpti Shimla. At about 07-30 PM, as they reached near Durga Mata Mandir near Taradevi, Nikhil negligently overtake a vehicle and hit with a Truck coming from opposite direction. In this accident, they all sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Tulsi Ram, I/O PS West.

1. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR 29/19 has been registered at PS Jubbal on 16.04.2019 U/S  279, 337 IPC on the statement of Ashwani Dhanta S/o Sh Late Sh Jaswant Singh Dhanta R/o village Chamaru P/o Praunthi Tehsil Jubbal District Shimla alleging therein that on 16.04.2019 a vehicle No. HP 10B 2775 met with an accident in which two persons sustaind injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Ashwani Kumar I/O PS Jubbal.

A DEFAMATION: Case FIR No.88/19 Has been registered at PS Sadar on 16.04.2019 U/S 500,506 IPC on the statement of Sh Sanjeev Sood General Secretory BJP Madal Shimla alleging terein that on 16.04.2019 a person namely Vinay Sharma A/P Practicing as an advocate at Honorable High Court Shimla has issued a threatening and criminal consipiracy against Mr Satpal Satti State BJP President through his facebook Post. The case is being investigated by I/o PS Sadar.

1.   A ND&PS Act: Case FIR No. 17/19 has been registered at PS Nankhari on 15.04.2019 U/S 20 ND&PS Act PS on the rukka of SI Om Prakaash Sharma, SHO PS Nankhari, Shimla alleging therein that on 15.04.2019 at about 04-15 PM, during patrolling/traffic checking on the road from Kholighat Bazar to Nagadhar, one person namely Nittu Ram S/o Lt. Sh. Laxman Dass R/o Village Bani, PO Khunni, Tehsil nankhari, District Shimla, age 37 yrs. intercepted by them and recovered 4.98 Gram Charas from his possession. The case is being investigated by HC Devender Nath, I/O PS Nankhari.

2.     AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No.62/19 has been registered at PS Theog on 15.04.2019 U/S 39(i)(a) of HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Brij Lal I/C PP Fagu alleging therein that on 15.04.2019 during patrolling he received a secret information regaring illgal selling of liquor and recovered 24 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Hans Raj (Shopkeeper) S/o Sh. Ramesh Kumar R/o Village Galu, PO Fagu, Tehsil Theog, District Shimla, HP. Case is being investigated by ASI Brij Lal I/C PP Fagu, PS Theog.

3.   During last 24 hours vehicles 397 were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 209, 31 persons challaned under Smoking Act.

  

Press Note on April 15, 2019

1. AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 43/19 has been registered at PS Rohru on 14.04.2019 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Shanti Swaroop, I/O PS Rohru alleging therein that on 14.04.2019 at about 05-25 PM, he alongwith staff was on patrolling towards Ramtari, Dharara. At about 05-25 PM, on the secret information, raid has been conducted in the house of Ram Krishan S/o Sh. Diwan Chand R/o Village Ramtari, PO Dharara, Tehsil Rohru, Shimla and recovered 64 Boxes (768 Bottles) of Country liquor from his possession. The case is being investigated  by ASI Shanti Swaroop, I/O PS Rohru.

AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 30/19 has been registered at PS Jhakri on 14.04.2019 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Chaman Negi, I/C PP Jeori (Jhakri) alleging therein that on 14.04.2019, during patrolling alongwith staff, 07 Bottles of Country liquor have been recovered  from the possession of Rakesh S/o Sh. Gokal Ram r/o Village Majhgaon, PO Shahdhar, Tehsil Rampur, District Shimla. The case is being investigated by ASI Chaman Negi, I/C PP Jeori (Jhakri)
3. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 86/19 has been registered at PS Sadar Shimla today on 15.04.2019 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Ankush Thakur S/o Sh. Jagdish Thakur R/o Village Barmu, PO Bharari, Tehsil & District Shimla, age 30 years stated therein that on 15.04.2019, one Maruti Car No. HP52A-6284, which was on the way from Barmu to Kelti, met with an accident and rolled down 300 meter from the road due to rash & negligent driving of car driver, sustained injuries to  three persons. The  case is being investigated by HC Daljeet Singh, I/O PP Lakkar Bazar, Shimla.
4. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 61/19 has been registered at PS Theog on 14.04.2019 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Yograj S/o Sh. Sev ra R/o Village & PO Kaleend, Tehsil & PS Theog, Shimla stated therein that on 14.04.2019, he alongwith Kapil Sharma S/o Sh. Girija Nand Sharma R/o Village & PO Chuli Kaleend, Tehsil Theog, Shimla, was going to Kaleend from Mauri in Scorpio No. HP15A-0638, driven by Vikas Sharma S/o Sh. Tara Dutt Sharma R/o Village & PO Kaleend Tehsil Theog, Shimla. As they reached near Kaleend Curve, above vehicle met with an accident and rolled down 1000 feet into deep trench from the road due to rash & negligent driving of Vikas Sharma. In this accident, they all sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Kirpal Singh, I/O PS  Theog.
5. During last 24 hours 329 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 185 and 18 persons challaned under Smoking Act.

Accused Virender Kumar S/o Sh. Jeet Singh R/o Village Kadakh,  PO Cheog, Tehsil Theog, District Shimla, arrested in case FIR No. 35/19 Dt. 12.04.2019 U/S 420 467 468 471 120B IPC at PS New Shimla, remanded in Police Custody upto 17.04.2019, by the Ld. Court.

Crime Report on April 13, 2019

1.   A ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No. 89/19 has been registered at PS West 12.04.2019 U/S 18 ND&PS Act on the rukka of ASI Suresh Kumar, Incharge, Police Post Dhami, Shimla alleging therein that on 12.04.2019, he alongwith staff was on patrolling/ collection of intelligence regarding illegal trading of narcotic drugs at Ghannahatti. At about 06-30 PM, a secret information has been received that a person namely  Sh. Amar Dutt S/o Sh. Balak Ram R/o Village Shanog, PO Dev Nagar, Tehsil & District Shimla has cultivated opium plants in his land. On this information, a raid has been conducted and 657 poppy plants with buds & flowers founded cultivated in his fields.  The further investigation of this case is being carried out by SI Jaspal Singh, I/O PS West Shimla.

2.   A ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No. 62/19 has been registered at PS Dhalli 12.04.2019 U/S 18 ND&PS Act on the rukka of HC Ravinder Kumar I/O Police Post Junga, Shimla alleging therein that on 12.04.2019, he alongwith staff was on patrolling in the jurisdiction of PP Junga. As he reached at village Gania Peeran and found cultivated 318 poppy plants in the field of Karam Singh S/o Sh. Bala Nand R/o Village Gania, PO Peeran, Sub-Tehsil Junga, District Shimla. The further investigation of this case is being conducted by HC Aman Singh No. 1681, I/O PP Junga, Shimla.   

3.   A TRESSPASS: Case FIR No. 64/19 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 13.04.2019 U/S 451, 504,506 IPC on the complaint of Sh kuldeep Kanwar S/o Late Sh Kapoor Singh R/o village Malyna Tehsil & District Shimla alleging therein that on 13.04.2019 his neighbor Rajinder entered his premises, abused and threatened him with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by HC Ravinder Kumar I/O PS Dhalli. 

4.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 63/19 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 13.04.2019 U/S 279,427 IPC & 187 MV Act on the complaint of Dr. Ravi Prakash S/o Sh Pratap Singh R/o village dhar P/o Chopal Tehsil Chopal district Shimla alleging therein that on 13.04.2019 A vehicle No. HP 52C-0439 hit his vehicle No. HP 08 2496 at Green Valley and run away from the spot. The case is being investigated by HC Jogeshwar I/o PS Dhalli.

5.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 17/19 has been registered at PS Sunni on 12.04.2019 U/S 279, 304A IPC on the statement of Sh Bhoop Ram S/o Lt Sh Nokhram R/o village Tharu Tehsil Sunni District Shimla alleging therein that on 12.04.2019 his vehicle No. HP 52B 5996 Swift met with an accident in which driver Sanjeev Dogra died on the spot. The case is being investigated by ASI Krishan Lal I/C PP Jalog.

6.   During last 24 hours vehicles 450 were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 241, 29 persons challaned under Smoking Act.

1.  AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No.64/19 has been registered at PS Rampur on 11.04.2019 U/S 39(i)(a) of HP Excise Act on the rukka of Inspector SHO PS Rampur  alleging therein that on 11.04.2019 during patrolling he received secret information regaring illgal selling of liquor and recovered 12 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Vinod  Kumar S/O Sh. Prem Singh village Chamada P/O Basadhar Tehsil Theog Distt Shimla HP. Case is being investigated by SHO PS Rampur.

2.  AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No.65/19 has been registered at PS Rampur on 11.04.2019 U/S 39(1)A of HP Excise Act on the rukka of SI Prem Lal alleging therein that on 11.04.2019 during patrolling along with staff at  near SBI bank Dakolar he received secret information regarding illegal selling of liquor and recovered 09 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Sandeep Kumar S/o Sh. Raghuveer Singh village Prashan P/o Teshan Tehsil Kumarsain Distt Shimla HP. Case is being investigating  by SI Prem Lal I/O PS Rampur.

3.  AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No.26/19 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 12.04.2019 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement Sh Suresh Kumar S/o Sh Shiv Dutt VPO Jais Tehsil Theog District Shimla alleging therein that on 12.04.2019 a vehicle No. HP 51(T) 3995 met with an accident in which three person sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Hari Chand I/O PS Kotkhai. 

4.  Assault or criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty: Case FIR No. 85/19 has been registered at PS Sadar on 11.03.2019 U/S 353, 332, 173, 202 & 504 IPC on the complaint of Sh Mithan Lal working as a summon & warrant excute server at O/o honorable Chief Judicial Magistrate Shimla alleging therein that on 11.03.2019 when he was excuiting a stay order of honorable court against Manoj Kumar at Victory Tunnel suddenly a relative of manoj Kumar snached the copy of court order and teared out. They also pushed him out of his shop.The case is being investigated by I/O PS Sadar.
