1. A WRONGFUL RESTRAIN: Case FIR No. 66/17 has been registered at PS Rohru on 29.06.2017 U/S 341, 323 IPC on the application of Sh. Khum Dass S/o Sh. Deshu Ram R/o Village Thamtadi, PO Kansakotki, Tehsil Rohru, Shimla alleging therein that on 29.06.2017 at about 06-30 PM, he was going to Thamtari Khad. On the way one person namely Papli S/o Sh. Bhim Singh restrain his way and beaten him brutally. The case is being investigated by HC Ashish Kumar, I/O PS Rohru.
2. ACT ENDANGERING LIFE OR PERSONAL SAFETY TO OTHER: Case FIR No 111/17 has been registered at PS Shimla West today on 30.06.2017 U/S 336, 285 IPC on the rukka of ASI Bhagat Ram, I/O PS Shimla West, alleging therein that last night one cylinder blasted in the Hotel Shri Shyamla Residency at Sandal Chakkar, Shimla due to negligence act of cook, which may be endangered to human life and property. Due to blast, Kitchen, windows of other rooms, Doors and others articles have been broken/damaged. The case is being investigated ASI Bhagat Ram, I/O PS West.
3. During last 24 hours 420 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 153 & fine realized Rs. 64,500/- and 43 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 4,300/-

Kathua, J&K, arrested in Case FIR No. 89/17 Dt. 18.06.2017 U/S 379 IPC & 41, 42 The Indian Forest Act at PS Dhalli, are remanded in Police custody upto 01.07.2017, by the Ld. Court.
