Crime Report on June 10, 2017

1. A TRESPASS: Case FIR No. 52/17 has been registered at PS Rohru today on 10.06.2017 U/S 451, 323, 506, 34 IPC on the statement of Sh. Munna Gujjar S/o Sh. Biru Gujjar R/o Village Lambaghatal, PO Seema, Tehsil Rohru, Shimla alleging therein that today on 10.06.2017 at about 10-30 AM, his nephews namely Suleman & Hussain entered in his house, beaten him brutally and threatened with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by HC Ankit Chaudhary, I/O PS Rohru.

2. During last 24 hours 185 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 99 & fine realized Rs. 42,400/- and 24 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 2,600/-.

   INQUEST REPORT

1. On 09.06.2017, Deceased Krishan Pal S/o Sh. Shyam Singh R/o Village Singra, PO & PS Jinjana, Distyt. Shamla, age 35 years has been died due to heart attack in IGMC Shimla. Today after postmortem dead body handed over to his relatives for cremation.

2. Today an unidentified male dead body, age about 25/35 years found on the bank Satluj river near village Sheh PO Kirti in the jurisdiction of PS Kumarsain. The dead body shifted to CH Kumarsain for further legal proceeding.
