Crime Report on June, 04, 2017

1.     An Excise Act case FIR No 104/17 has been registered at PS Theog on 03.06.2017 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Purushotam Chand I/C PP Chailla alleging therein that on 03.06.2017 on the secret information he raided at the shop of Kewal Ram S/o Sh Moti Ram resident of village  Khoond Bagain and recovered 10 bottles of country liquor from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Purushotam I/C PP Chailla.

2.     An Excise Act case FIR No 82/17 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 03.06.2017 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Deep Chand I/O PS Kotkhai alleging therein that on 03.06.2017 on the secret information he raided at the shop of Sanjeev Alias Surjan S/o Sh Ram Singh resident of village  Kothi P/o Rawalakayar Tehsil Kothkhai and recovered 02 bottles of country liquor from his possession . The case is being investigated by ASI Deep Chand I/O PS Kotkhai.

3.    An Excise Act case FIR No 80/17 has been registered at East on 03.06.2017 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Daleep I/O PP Kasumpti alleging therein that on 03.06.2017 on the secret information he raided at the shop of Beli Ram S/o Sh Bejara Ram at Govind Niwas Shanan Shimla and recovered 12 bottles of country liquor from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Daleep Chand I/O PP Kasumpti.

4.    An Atrocity/SC / ST Act case FIR No 100/17 has been registered at PS Rampur on 03.05.2017 U/S 341,323 IPC & 3(1) SC & ST Act on the application of Sh. Brij Lal S/o Sh. Laharu Ram R/o VPO Kartot Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla HP alleging therein that on 31.05.2017 at about 3:00 PM he was going towards Nankhari. On the way near Nalaban a person namely Rajesh Larzoo obstructed his way and  beaten him brutally. He also used atrocity and cast based words against him. Investigation regarding the above matter is under process.

5.    An Accident case FIR No 90/17 has been registered at PS West on 04.06.2017 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh Ishant Sharma S/o Sh Tara Dutt Sharma VPO Jabali Tehsil Kasoli District Solan alleging therein that on 03.06.2017 he was going towards Old Bus stand from Chakkar Shimla on his Scotty No HP 24D 3293.  When he reached near Vidhan Sabha an unknown number, taxi took wrong cut and his Scotty along with him collided with road side railings. In this accident, he sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Sushant I/O PS West.

6.     During last 24 hours 149 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 101 & fine realized Rs. 43,400/- and 02 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 200/-.

FOLLOW-UP

1.  Accused i) Pawan Verma S/o Lt. Sh. Shyam Lal Verma R./o Village Kariyal, PO Kyara Kandru, Teshil Theog, Shimla, age 25 years and ii) Pawan @ Sanju S/o Sh. Molak Ram R/o Village Majhral, PO Kangal, Tehsil Kumarsain, Shimla, age 32 years arrested in case FIR No. 58/17 Dt. 02.06.2017 U/S 376D, 34 IPC & 4 of POCSO Act at PS Kumarsain, is remanded in Police custody upto 05.06.2017, by the Ld. Court.

2.  Accused i) Vinyameen @ Fouji S/O Bhadar of Vill Tarshanu PO Nerwa Tehsil Chopal Distt Shimla HP and ii) Beer Singh S/O Goverdhan Singh Vill and PO Serpur Tehsil Vikas Nagar Distt Dehradun Uttrakhand, age about 32 years, arrested in Case FIR No 25/17 Dt 02.06.17 U/S 363, 366 (A), 372, 376, 506 IPC & 4 POCSO Act at PS Nerwa is on police remand up to 07.06.2017.

3.   Accused Pawan Kumar @ Golu S/o Sh Shawank Ram R/o BBMB colony Sunni Shimla arrested in case FIR No 43/17 dated 02.06.2017 U/S 451, 504, 506, 323 IPC at PS Sunni is being produced before Ld court, tomorrow.
