1. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 109/17 has been registered at PS Rampur on 28.06.2017 U/S 279,337,304A IPC on the Statement of Sh. Tej Pal S/O Sh. Shiv Kumar R/O Village & PO Bahroli Tehsil Meerganj Distt Bareily Uttar Pradesh at present C/O Chain Ram R/O Brow Tehsil Nirmand Distt. Kullu HP alleging therein that he was coming from Nogali towards Rampur in his Auto No HP50-0732 having passenger in it. At about 01-00 PM when he reached near BSNL Exchange, at the same time one Bolero camper No HP06A-1838 came rashly with negligent driving from Rampur and hit with his Auto & another vehicles parked on the roadside. In this accident, one person namely Vikram Singh has been died and five Passenger sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Hoshiar Singh I/C PP city Rampur.
2. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 30/17 has been registered at PS Nerwa on 28.06.2017 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Imam Hussain S/o Sh. Askar Ali R/O Village Bathal PO Halau Tehsil Chopal Distt. Shimla, HP alleging there in that on 28.06.2017 he along with driver Anwar S/o Saltan R/o Village Dhola Tappar PO Kulhal Tehsil Vikas Nagar Distt. Dehradoon UK wrer traveling in vehicle No. UK07CA-9651 Bolero Pickup from Bathal to Atal. At about 05:45 PM when they reached near Fadiz Pul, above Pick-Up met with an accident & rolled down from the road due to rash and negligent driving of Anwar, caused sustained injuries to them. The case is being investigated by HC Ashwani Kumar, I/O PS Nerwa.
3. During last 24 hours 183 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 106 & fine realized Rs. 48,200/- and 23 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 2,300/-

1. Accused Saddam Hussain S/o Sh. Ali Mohd. R/o Village Chandyar PO Surjan, PS & Tehsil Banni, Distt. Kathua, J&K, ii) Shamshad Ahmad S/o Sh. Mohd. Raffique R/o Village & PO Surjan, Tehsil & PS Banni, Distt. Kathua, J&K and iii) Maskin Ali S/o Sh. Liyakat Ali R/o Chandyar, PO Surjan, Tehsil & PS Banni, Distt. Kathua, J&K, arrested in Case FIR No. 89/17 Dt. 18.06.2017 U/S 379 IPC & 41, 42 The Indian Forest Act at PS Dhalli, are remanded in Police custody upto 01.07.2017, by the Ld. Court.
