A ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No. 44/17 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 29.03.2017 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of HC Vijay Kumar, I/C PP Mashobra, Shimla alleging therein that on 28.03.2017 at about 09-30 PM, during patrolling alongwith staff, one person namely Ajay Kumar @ Vishnu S/o Sh. Laxman Dass R/o Village & PO Mashobra, Teshil & Distt. Shimla, age 35 years intercepted by them near Dhani Colony and recovered 22 gram Charas from his possession. The case is being investigated by HC Vijay Kumar, I/C PP Mashobra, Shimla.
AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 44/17 has been registered at PS New Shimla on 28.03.2017 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Mahender Pal Singh, I/O PS New Shimla alleging therein that on 28.03.2017 at about 10-30 AM, during patrolling/Nakabandi duty on NH-22 near Rain Shelter Khalini, one person namely Piyush Verma S/o Sh. Vijay Kumar R/o Narmda Niwas, Lower Khalini, New Shimla apprehended by them with 12 Bottles of illicit Country liquor marka Una No.1. The case is being investigated by ASI Mahender Pal Singh, I/O PS New Shimla.
AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 57/17 has been registered at PS Shimla East on 29.03.2017 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Daleep Singh, I/O PP Kasumpti, Shimla alleging therein that today on 29.03.2017, he alongwith staff was on patrolling on the road leading towards Brockhurst, Vikas Nagar. At about 04-15 PM, one person namely Rajender Kumar S/o Sh. Dhani Ram R/o Village Bathalag, Tehsil & PS Arki, Distt. Solan, apprehended by them and recovered 12 Bottles of illicit country liquor from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Daleep Singh, I/O PP Kasumpti, Shimla.
A GRIEVOUS INJURY: Case FIR No. 63/17 has been registered at PS Rampur on 28.03.2017 U/S 325 IPC that on 26.03.2017, during patrolling police has apprehended two person namely one person namely Pawan Kumar & Lal Chand both are sons of Sh. Krishan Chand R/o Village & PO Nirath scuffle with each other at Neerath. On this. they have medically examined at MG MSC Khaneri. On 28.03.2017, final opinion has been received in the MLC of Lal Chand, in which Medical Officer given grievous injury to him. The case is being investigated by HC Narjeen, I/O PS Rampur.
A GRIEVOUS INJURY: Case FIR No 64/17 has been registered at PS Rampur today on 29.03.2017 U/S 325 IPC on 26.03.2017, on 26.03.2017, during patrolling police has apprehended two person namely one person namely Pawan Kumar & Lal Chand both are sons of Sh. Krishan Chand R/o Village & PO Nirath scuffle with each other at Neerath. the final opinion of MO/MGMSC Khaneri that on dated 26-03-17 Lal Chand S/O Sh. Krishan Chand VPO Nirath. On this. they have medically examined at MG MSC Khaneri. Today on 29.03.2017, final opinion has been received in MLC of Pawan Kumar, in which Medical Officer given grievous injury to him. The case is being investigated by HC Ram Kumar, I/O PS Rampur
A CHEATING: Case FIR No. 43/17 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 28.03.2017 U/S 420 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Pyare Mohan S/o Lt. Sh. Satya Pal R/o Sadar Bazar Jutogh Cantt. Shimla alleging therein that he is the owner of Swaraj Filling Station at Malyana. On 27.03.2017, he received a call from Mobile No. 9576455883, introduced himself as an employee of SDM India Oil and requested him that he is urgently required of Rs. one lac. On his repeatedly request, he deposited the amount to Rs. 98,000/- twice in Account No. 916010065576615 of AXIS Bank Branch at Aurangabad which is registered in the name of Manoj Kumar. Now he came to know that he was cheated by above person. The case is being investigated by ASI Ram Singh, I/O PS Dhalli.
A CHEATING: Case FIR No. 45/17 has been registered at PS Dhalli today on 29.03.2017 U/S 420,467,468,471 IPC on the complaint of Ms. Sharla Bazliel D/o Sh. Gulraiz Rawlence Bazliel R/o 6495/B-9, Vasant Kunj New Delhi alleging therein that her grandfather Lt. Dr. Innocent Robinson Bazliel was owner in possession of land measuring 00-45-49 Hector at Mohal Katli, Patwar Circle Dhagog in Shimla. After the death of her grandfather, above land is to be looked after by the trustees namely Mrs. Satyawati Parmar, Mr. Rati Ram Verma, and Reverend Bishop M. Caleb and his wife Sakeena Bazliel & Son Mr. Gulraiz Rawlence Bazliel. Now she alongwith her Mother, Sister & Brother was residing in Delhi. She received a phone call that her father Sh. Gulraiz Rawlence Bazlielis is selling off the aforementioned property, however above property is under the possession of above trustee. During enquiry it is found that on 18.03.2017, her father has prepare the forgery documents/will and sold the major portion of the land to Baldev Thakur S/o Sh. Dewan Singh. The case is being investigated by ASI Joginder Singh, I/O PS Dhalli.
A BURGLARY: Case FIR No. 32/17 has been registered at PS Jhakri on 29.03.2017 U/S 454 380 IPC on the report of Smt. Shanti W/o Bajrangi Bahadur (Nepali) A/P residing as tenant C/o Sh. Mangat Ram Gupta R/o Village Dhar, PO Dhar Gaura, Tehsil Rampur, Distt. Shimla alleging therein that today on 29.03.2017 at about 08-45AM, when she was working in the fields and saw that one person namely Shiv Dayal S/o Sh. Kanda Ram R/o Dhargaura was coming outside from her room. On this, she come back to her room and found that above person has stolen away 01 pair of golden Ring & Cash Rs. 5000/- by breaking the door lock of her room. The case is being investigated by SI Kulwant Singh, SHO PS Jhakri.
A WRONGFUL RESTRAIN: Case FIR No. 21/17 has been registered at PS Jubbal today on 29.03.2017 U/S 341,323,504 IPC on the report of Sh. Ramesh Kumar S/o Sh. Bhankru Ram R/o Village Bantari, PO Mandhol, Tehsil Jubbal, Shimla alleging therein that on 28.03.2017 at about 10-00 PM, his neighbourer Manoj Kumar S/o Sh. Jhuyea Ram started to abuse him. In this regard, when he was going to make complaint with Ward Member, on the way above Manoj Kumar obstructed his way and beaten him brutally. The case is being investigated by HC Suresh Kumar, I/O PS Jubbal.
During last 24 hours 403 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 168 & fine realized Rs. 65,900/-, 38 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 3,800/- and 05 Challaned under Mining Act & fine Realized Rs. 14,100/-.

Accused Rinku S/o Sh Krishan Singh R/o Kanda Tehsil Kumarsain Distt Shimla has been arrested in case FIR No. 56/17 on 20.03.2017 U/S 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC at PS Sadar is remanded in police custody upto 05.04.2017, by the Ld. Court.
Accused Ajay Kumar @ Vishnu S/o Sh. Laxman Dass R/o Village & PO Mashobra, Teshil & Distt. Shimla, age 35 years, arrested in case FIR No. 44/17 Dt. 29.03.2017 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Dhalli, is remanded in police custody upto 30.03.2017, by the Ld. Court.
